The Cazami cat exercise in conjunction with Ferris Cat Wheel International, launched in UK in October 2015, I am the sole UK distributor. The cat wheel provides exercise, fun and mental stimulation for indoor cats, especially the more energetic breeds like bengals and savannahs but orientals, siamese, sphynx and other breeds take to them with ease. The cat wheel is 51 inches diameter and 12.5 inches deep. This diameter is required so as not to compress the cats vertebrae when running as smaller wheels can do. Full instructions and a video link is supplied to aid assembly but it is not difficult . The cat wheel runs on high quality inline skates which are safely housed within the base and are not exposed to cats paws. The maximum weight load for 1 cat is 12.5kgs, 2 or 3 cats sharing can exceed this as they cannot run fast together. It requires a flat even surface. The cat wheel comes in 3 colour choices, black, teal green and pink. The coloured EVA traction pads provide good shock absorbency for the cats joints. They come in luxury 5mm thicknesses EVA foam so they last a very long time. Replacement sets cat be ordered via this page or by emailing [email protected]. Cat wheels can normally be purchased from stock or there is a payment plan available to reserve a wheel from the next shipment for those that prefer to spread payments. Please see FAQ for prices and details. A portion of the deposit is non refundable after 14 days if you cancel. Failure to meet the deadline set for balance payment will result in a portion of the deposit being forfeited. Delivery is via Parcel Force on an all day Mon-Fri basis, they should text or email with a 2 hour slot. Customers can choose their preferred delivery date from a delivery window of about 10 days, the dates will be posted to the page and are offered on a first come first served basis. IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!! PLEASE NOTE!!!!!!!! GUARANTEE!!!!!!! This is an indoor cat wheel only, for use in your home, to use elsewhere will void your guarantee. If you wanted to use in an enclosed outdoor cat enclosure, you can contact me for advice. The guarantee is only in effect for cat wheels assembled as per assembly instructions and no attempts have been made to modify the wheel or base in any way, this includes covering the base. GUARANTEE

Your guarantee is issued by Cazami Bengals and is for 1 year. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and only applies within the country purchased and is non-transferable. If you leave the UK, the guarantee is terminated Proof of purchase from Cazami Bengals will be required. New parts can be purchased from Cazami Bengals if needed. Wheels bought to be gifted from new must be notified to Cazami Bengals either at Cazami cat exercise wheel on FB or by email at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase in order for the recipient’s guarantee to be registered. Your guarantee covers all parts of the wheel and base apart from the coloured EVA traction pads. Your cat wheel is designed for home use only, to use outdoors or in any cat enclosure will void your guarantee. It is the customer’s responsibility to assemble correctly and to maintain the wheel in good working order by checking nuts for tightness regularly. Always use the allen key and ratchet spanner. If any part covered by the guarantee becomes faulty not through misuse/incorrect assembly/overloading/accidental damage or use outside the safety guidelines listed, then please contact Cazami Bengals via email at [email protected] to arrange a replacement of the faulty part if applicable. Detailed photographs will be required showing the fault and sent to the manufacturer for inspection if required. Damaged parts are only replaced free under the guarantee if the wheel has been assembled as per instructions and maintained. New parts will normally be sent within 2 weeks. RETURNS POLICY

Returns on this item are accepted within 28 days of receiving, you have 14 days to request a return and a further 14 days to return the wheel. A full refund will be awarded only if the item is AS NEW in the original box with all parts and paperwork included and no attempts have been made to assemble the item. The buyer covers costs of return postage and insurance and the wheel must arrive in an undamaged condition for a full refund to be given. If the item has been altered in any way from that of new, it cannot be resold as new and so a partial refund will be made to the amount of £220, buyer covers return shipping. The item must be returned in an acceptable condition for resale with all paperwork included. If any part is damaged by attempting to dissemble the item, a discretionary payment will be made based on parts that are acceptable for resale as used. Please include in the box your receipt, your reason for return, name and contact details; you will be contacted to arrange a refund payment. If you wish to return the item, please contact Cazami Bengals via email at [email protected] no later than 14 days after receiving the item. I will then issue full return instructions, return address and telephone contact. Returns are not generally accepted outside this time. Q. What size is the wheel? A. 48 inches INTERNAL diameter, 51 inches external. 56 inches tall, 12.5 inches deep. Is the wheel easy to assemble? Yes. 3 assembly videos are provided in addition to written instructions. Can the wheel fall over when the cats using it? This wheel to date has been 100% stable due to intelligent design. Do the cats need a lot of training to use it? No, most cats take to it without any coaxing, most within sever days. A laser pointer, toy or treat can be used to help the process if needed. Training tips are sent out with the instructions. Q.What are the benefits? There are many benefits for indoor cats.

£76 reservation deposit plus 2 payments of £190 or 1 payment of £380. Normally this can be paid off over 2-3 months, dependent on when the next shipment is due

Q. Do you have stock? Normally yes. There can sometimes be a wait of up to 6 weeks

Q. Can the wheel warp if cats spray or urinate on it? No, it is made of ABS plastic so resists moisture. Can the wheel be used without the traction pads for stud cats that spray? Yes, though it may slow the cat down due to less traction

Q. Can the traction pads be replaced? Yes, but as they are 5mm thick, under normal use they will last years. Stocked in UK if needed. Is the wheel noisy? It's not silent as it runs on 6 skate wheels, there's a low level sound that does increase with speed, you may not want it next to your bed if they use at night, but anywhere else in the house, not an issue. The new G5 model has softer skates and runs much more quietly than older models, comments have been very favourable. Can 2 cats use at the same time? Yes, this wheel has a wider track than some other cat wheels, many cats share their workouts, it's been known to have 3 large cats wheeling together. Do you ship outside of UK? JULY WHEELERS - SHIPPING INFO

Your cat wheels are due to land in UK around 1st July with delivery to me about 9 days later.

When I have confirmation they have docked and been unpacked, I will post a selection of delivery dates on my page for those that have competed payment to choose from.

Some of you will have till the 1st August to complete payments and that's fine if you prefer to wait but please don't request a delivery date if you haven't completed payment by the time I post the available dates, thanks.

There are wheels on the July shipment still available in black, red or teal green. Due to a cancellation I can now make a multicolour wheel using pink pads, pink has been discontinued for a single colour wheel.

A wheel can be reserved with a deposit of £76 and balance of £380 can be paid by 1st August.

JUNE WHEELERS - What to expect with your cat wheel delivery.

Collections begin tomorrow.

Wheels are booked with Parcelforce on a 48hr service.
This means some will arrive a day before expected but if no one is in they normally redeliver the next working day. On busy times they can deliver on Saturdays but this is rare.

Occasionally deliveries do take 3 days due to unforeseen circumstances, this cannot be helped, let me know if it doesn't arrive as expected, I will help out where I can.
You can call your local depot with your tracking number for further info. If you miss your delivery you will need to do this.

Tracking number will be sent to you on the evening of the day the wheel has been collected. It will be in a detailed email that has your assembly video and extra tips so you can avoid a few of the fail points on assembly, though don't worry, most people manage just fine.

That email also has a training guide attached, for best success you should read the guide BEFORE you open the wheel.

If you don't receive this email by the day before your wheel is due, please check spam first and then contact me.

Parcelforce should send a 1hr delivery slot on the day of delivery, they don't always make that slot so don't make plans around it.
They also have an online live tracker, its mildly entertaining if you like watching paint dry but again, don't count on it.

Sometimes things just don't go to plan and deliveries do fail for various reasons and it takes longer, its rare but it's out of my control, I do what I can to help and I realise it can be frustrating, fingers crossed you all get a smooth delivery.

This wheel is aimed at the larger of the Maine c***s, the longer early generation Savannahs, Servals and small to medium dogs.

The Grand wheel ships in 2 boxes and is £696 inc VAT and shipping across most of UK.

The next shipment that you can reserve a Grand wheel from is due in September, the Grand wheels on the June and July shipment are currently reserved, may become available if I get a cancellation.

Deposit to order is £66 and would be non refundable if cancelled after 14 days.

The balance can be paid in either 1 payment of £630 or 2 payments of £315 to complete by 1st September.

The Grand wheel is available in BLACK, TEAL GREEN, BLUE or PINK.

Shipping fees apply only for Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland. Please indicate on ordering if you are in any of these postal zones.

JUNE AND JULY WHEELERS - SHIPPING UPDATES

The June shipment of wheels is currently running ahead of schedule (this can change) but latest info from shipper says it should dock next week, I receive the shipment 8-10 days later.

There is also another small shipment on the water due into UK in July, this shipment is currently tracking to dock on 1st July. These wheels are available for reservation deposits. The larger Grand wheels on this shipment are reserved, see below and picture 2 for details on the new Grand wheel. Next shipment with the Grand wheel available for reservation is late September.

When I receive notification that the shipment has docked, I will post a selection of dates on my page for customers to choose their preferred date. This will work on a first come first served basis. This shipment is sold out and I am limited to collections of about 20 a day, I realise most people would like the soonest date but it's not possible to suit everyone.

Due to a cancellation I have a Grand wheel, our new larger wheel, in stock. It's brand new, customer changed her order to standard wheel. The wheel is 60 inches internal diameter and 14 inches deep. It is suitable for large Maine coons, early generation Savannahs and small to medium DOGS. It is similar in design to our standard G5 but runs on 8 skatewheels housed in 2 wide legs. It is in teal green as shown in the video with my bengal Nyla trying out the one I have. The wheel is available for full payment and dispatch or I can offer it on split payments. It will be dispatched when payments are complete. The wheel is £696 inc. VAT and shipping across most of UK, shipping charges apply for some areas. The Cazami Grand (All Paws) from Ferris Cat Wheel International A similar design to our current G5 cat wheel though a foot wider in diameter at 62 inches wide (external measurement) and deeper at 14 inches deep. The wheel now runs on 8 skatewheels, housed in 2 large legs providing good support for the wheel. The wheel will be to order only for the first 6-12 months.
