Let's talk about something that drives us crazy in the pet sitting industry: the three 30 minute visit per day standard for dogs. ❌
We want to invite you to think about how much time you spend at home. And how often you interact with your dogs. Now imagine that you are leaving for a week long vacation. You have brought in a loving professional to care for your furry friend! Three visits per day at 30 minutes is an hour and a half per day. An HOUR AND A HALF! 😳 After regular care duties, it doesn’t leave a lot of time for play time, enrichment, and love. 😔
We personally think that dogs deserve much more. That’s why we updated our services several years ago and no longer provide drop in dog care unless it is paired with overnights.🐶🛏️

We believe in making every experience as stress-free and comfortable as possible for our furry friends. Here's our secret to pilling your cat with kindness:
1️⃣ Create a Calm Environment: Find a quiet and familiar space where your cat feels relaxed. It could be their favorite spot or a cozy corner in your home.
2️⃣ Be Prepared: Gather all the necessary supplies before you start, including the pill, some tasty treats, and a towel or blanket (if necessary).
3️⃣ Positive Reinforcement: Before attempting to pill your cat, spend a few minutes showering them with love and affection. This helps create a positive association with the overall experience.
4️⃣ Approach with Care: Wrap your cat in a blanket or towel if needed. Hold the pill between your thumb and index finger, making sure it's positioned correctly. With your other hand, gently tilt your cat's head backward, exposing their mouth.
5️⃣ Swift and Gentle: Using your index finger, press down on the lower jaw to open your cat's mouth. Place the pill as far back on their tongue as possible, ensuring they swallow it properly.
