After two days on the road in my crate, 🛣️ 🚗 I finally made it back home! 🏡 My Aunt Jaime bought me a special welcome home toy! 🧸 It was a great vacation and I had so much fun, but I'm ready to be in my bed in my own house tonight! 🥱😴🛌

Animals deal with their differences in abilities instinctively. Their other senses become heightened if they lose ability in one. Even this aging, mostly blind dog can find a stick in the water if he's motivated. And if there's water, he's always motivated! 🤩 The result is pure joy. 😄 We can learn a lot from animals. 🐾🐾🤎

Today didn't start off so well... My dad left me for the whole day, then I got stung by a nasty bee 🐝 right under my eye. 👁️ Fortunately, it only swelled a little and didn't hurt too much, but I still pouted and refused to go for a walk... until my mom gave me some treats! 🦴 I turned my frown upside down!! 🙃😁

Who else loves dirt?? We doggos love to dig holes when it's hot! 🌞 And it's especially fun to lie in them when you're wet - but for some reason my mom doesn't like me to. 🥴 Silly Mom! She doesn't know what it's like to be a furry, brown dog in the summer! 😎🐾🐾🥵 🤎😁🐕

Happy Father's Day to the best dog dad a boy could have!! My dad is my best buddy and he takes good care of me. 😍 Plus we have fun together, and sometimes we break some of my mom's rules... 😁😜 But he always keeps me safe and gives the best scratches and belly rubs! I ❤️ my dad!! 🤎❤️🐕🐾🐾🥰

Today I got a little carried away and made a mess on the front patio... 😕 I told my mom I can't help being a digger dog every once in awhile! 🐕 She wanted me to help clean up but I can't work a broom 🧹 so I supervised instead. 👀 But I made it up to her by offering her my ball! ⚽ Of course she forgave me... 😁🐾🐾♥️😍

My mom and I had a beautiful day! First, we went to Old Towne for ☕ and 🦴, then we stopped at PETCO for more 🦴🦴!! When we got home she was sneaky and gave me an outside bath when we were playing!🚿🩳 😊 Then, sunbathing and a nap with my 🐑. 🥱😴💤 It was a great day, and now I'm a clean boy! 🐾🐾🤎😁 I love days like these! 😍

Today is my mom's birthday and boy did we have fun! 🎂 We met lots of animals today - first we stopped to say hi to my good friends Champ and Rocky 🐾🐾 then we went to the park and saw all kinds of critters! 🐕🦆🐿️🐢 It was a good day for a bday walk in the park! 🌳

Today we visited the newly restored fountain in our town plaza... Mom said I couldn't go swimming even though I really wanted to! 😁 Then we went to a nice little cafe, but do you think she shared her almond croissant?? 😕 So I took a nap on the way home on my new fluffy car seat bed. I may not always get my way, but I still think I have a pretty good life! 🥰🐾🐾❤️
