Gaelin was a shelter kitty for 9 years. Eventually, his human dad and dad's rescue partners purchased the shelter.. This was the only Home that Gaelin had ever known. Then Gaelin met Howard, instantly bonded and he from then on was a daddy’s boy!

Fast-forward to present time…Gaelin’s dad Howard is embarking on a new adventure in Indiana. Unfortunately, dad is moving by bus, and of course kitties are not allowed to be passengers. Gaelin's rescue partners are currently caring for him but he wants his dad and his dad misses him terribly.

Imagine Home Nation, it is a long trip but, I know we can help reunite Gaelin and his dad. Let's do this!

Big Red (left) had a rough life. I’m sure at some point before his rescue he felt unloved 😢 but he has used that to be sure all of his brothers feel love from him. He is a HUGE snuggler and caregiver to all of them, especially Marco and Georgie. Georgie (right), needs reassurance, love and attention. It makes him feel calm and helps him relax. At one point, he was abandoned and left to fend for himself fighting other cats for territory, food etc. Big Red give him the safe space he longs for. I’m so happy they have each other. Red needs to care for others and Georgie needs someone to show they care. They are a perfect match ❤️❤️❤️🤦🏻‍♀️ they are both content and Red is snoring 😴

The following is the post made by Imagine Home 6 years ago regarding Big Red. It is so beautifully written so I just had to share. When I reread this post, I just cried. Big Red is blessed but he has also blessed me and his brothers as well ❤️

“Mike Rawlings coined a great quote: “It may get worse before it gets better, but it will get better". If Big Red could talk, he would tell you how true this quote really is.

He's had a rough life, sadly homeless, living on the streets in Ohio. Sometime in December of 2016 he was attacked by a dog, causing lots of facial damage. If that wasn’t tough enough, Big Red then tested positive for FIV. We all know that the FIV + kitties really do not have a much of a chance in shelters, but, things were about to start getting better for Big Red, instead of worse.

A wonderful, sweet, angel of a lady from the shelter took the time, and nursed him back to health, and then she found a rescue to take him in, so that they can help him find a forever home.

The Euclid Beach Cat Project agreed to take this sweet boy in, and actually found him the perfect forever home, with Mindy and her family. His very own home! His very own family!

Little does Big Red know, his life is about to get so much better.”

HAPPY GOTTCHA DAY BIG RED!!!!!

Big Red came to his furever home with me 6 years ago. It’s hard to remember a time without him. Over the last 6 years we have fought some battles together and we have always won! Red is a fighter! But more than that, Red is a LOVER! He keeps his brothers in line, protects the peace in the house, is always loving on his brothers and he protects Marco. He LOVES belly rubs almost as much as he loves food and is quick to drop on the floor right in front of you so you have to pet his belly 😂 he is the cutest purrs and snores and when he is really relaxed, his little tongue bleeps out and he drools. Big Red is such an amazing boy and I am so very happy I am his Mama ❤️❤️❤️

6 years ago on 1/13/2018, I was blessed to become Big Red’s Mama ❤️ Here is a screenshot of my Facebook post from the night before along with pictures from his day of travel from Ohio to Wisconsin, photos with his AMAZING fosters Jeff and Deanna, his final handoff to me from one of the amazing volunteers with Imagine Home Transport, the ride home with my friends little boy talking to him and his first night in his new home.

NONE of this would have been possible if it weren’t for the amazing woman that found him, the amazing woman that cared for him immediately and saved his life, The Euclid Beach Cat project and all the wonderful people there, his AWESOME fosters Jeff and Deanna and all the wonderful people with Imagine Home Transport that set up the transport and the volunteers that drove a portion of the trip to get him home. I will forever be indebted to all of you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping Big Red ❤️

After Marco was chased by his brothers and Big Red got in between them, Marco jumped up on the ottoman. Big Red then got on the stand next to the ottoman and started loving on him 🥰 Big Red has ALWAYS protected Marco. He has the most gentle soul and such a loving heart ❤️

Big Red trying to look innocent after he got told, “BIG RED STOP” because he was messing with his brother Gar and would NOT leave him alone even after Gar cried, slapped him, bit him and walked away.

I think he was only trying to play but Gar is sensitive and didn’t want to be bothered and once he gets upset he is upset the entire day. I redirected him to play with Barnaby so now they are rolling around wrestling 😂

After 2 1/2 years of living in a HORRIBLE apartment, last week we moved to a house. Big Red, Georgie and all the boys are absolutely loving it here ❤️❤️
