Considering this weekend to change from late winter/spring to summer weather at least. I also got rid of the Japanese runner on my desk and back to normal setup. HRH Sarah Elizabeth Shieldsof course did make an appearance.

Today is the 10 year anniversary of when I got Sarah. She was born in March but I got her the last Saturday in May. Before getting her, it had been a little over 3 years since my prior cat Yenta had died and I got gotten some structure and stability in my life where I thought I could have another cat. I remember going to the Pet Rescue Place Bidawee to look at cats and got approved right away but needed the week to get my apt ready. I remember she was by herself in the room with the cats and I knew she was the one for me. When I brought her home the following Sat, he just slept in my before for like a whole day. She wasn’t used to having a quiet place to sleep. Here are some pics from her early days.

Today is Sarah’s 10th birthday. She has grown to be a proud independent and feisty jewish feline. Here are some pics when she was a youngling.
