We had more animals in our care, but with your support, we were able to feed everyone and ensure noone went hungry.

Thank you to all the golfers and corporate sponsors for your donation of pet food from the recent Golf Day at

Total pet food collected on the day was 183.75kg of dog food, and 37.75kg of cat food. 

AD Enterprises will match that amount making it another amazing donation.

A special thank you to Nkonyeni Golf Estate for hosting and organizing the Golf Day in support of SAWS. 

We are truly blessed and extremely grateful for the generosity and support of our community, ensuring that our cats and dogs are receiving the much needed care at all times.

At the SAWS AGM held on 15th November 2024, Andrea Jolly, William Lorentz, Lesley Foss and Vanessa Persson were elected as new Directors to join the Board.

The Board now comprises the following seven Directors: Brent Hammond, Fiona Millin, Kim Nisbet, Andrea Jolly, William Lorentz, Lesley Foss and Vanessa Persson.

Adopted🥳

We got a call about a kitten that fell out of a truck by Oshoek Border Post a few weeks ago.

Our team went to collect her and brought her back to our shelter.

She spent the next two weeks in quarantine, getting the much needed care.

We're excited to tell you that she's gone to her forever home and will be spending Christmas with her new forever family💕
