Today we ended Gracie Lynn’s suffering. We battled her severe IBD for almost a year and then last month she got really sick we thought it was another flair up of her IBD. We tried food changes and medication then we tried more medication and more food changes and nothing seemed to work. At one point she was on 5 different medications given over a 3 hour period twice a day. Nothing seemed to help her, she’d get better for a few days and then she’d be sick again. Our vet finally determined that she has lymphoma. This was obviously horrible for us to hear but we knew something more was going wrong at this point. So last night we took her out to “Lazy dog” for dinner and she had a great time. She got to eat everything she wanted plus more. She also got to spend time with her favorite people and be spoiled, which are really the only things she loved. We will miss her very much but we are also happy that she’s not in anymore pain. We appreciate everyone’s kind words and thoughts.

Kovu doing treadmill work at Cosmic Canine. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the DFW area Plano in particular. Everyone there is super nice and helpful and kovu has really been enjoying his treadmill sessions there!!!
