🐾 Puppy in huis? Denk aan veilige groei & beweging! 🐶

Puppy’s groeien niet allemaal even snel. Grootte, ras en geslacht spelen een belangrijke rol. In de eerste maanden ontwikkelen hun botten zich nog via zachte groeischijven — en die zijn kwetsbaar!

🔬 Wist je dat?

Kleine rassen hun groeischijven soms al rond 3 maanden sluiten?

Grote rassen hier pas rond 18–24 maanden mee klaar zijn?!!!

Tijdens de snelle groeifases (tot ±11 weken bij kleine rassen en ±20 weken bij grote rassen) kan te veel of verkeerde beweging later zorgen voor gewrichtsproblemen.

🏃 Veilige beweegrichtlijn:
➡️ 1 minuut beweging per levensweek, twee keer per dag
Rustige wandelingen, géén traplopen, springen of lange stukken rennen.

🏆 Toekomstige sporthonden?
Wacht met sprongtraining voor agility etc. tot de groeischijven volledig gesloten zijn – zo voorkom je blessures voor het leven.

💚 Gezonde groei vraagt om:
✅ Geduld
✅ Goede voeding
✅ Verantwoorde beweging
