_ Printing time is reduced to evenings and weekends. A day job with odd finishing hours means turnaround time is hard to judge.
_ PETG is a fairly glossy plastic, strong but a bit shiny for "tactical" parts. On the good side, it does take acrylic paint very well. PETG is glycol modified PET and so part of the PET family. Please recycle as any other household plastic and avoid dumping it into landfill.
_ PLA is a plastic with a matte finish, strong but brittle, more suited for prototyping and parts not exposed to elements. Made from plants, it's easily compostable at the end of life.
