WASHINGTON, DC – January 25, 2016 –
Food Station for Pets, or Food Station for short, is an innovative device that simplifies the process of feeding pets on a planned schedule, announced today that it has launched a crowd funding campaign on Kickstarter. The campaign is intended to raise funds needed for commercial production of the Food Station while raising awareness of the product and generat
ing feedback from early adopters. The Food Station is an electronically-controlled, automatic feeder, a timed device that can be programmed to serve up to 6 meals to a pet.
“Taking care of your pet doesn’t need to be a chore,” said Greg Benthall, founder of the Food Station. “We’re all busy, but our pets deserve to eat well, on their own schedules, not ours. This is the problem we solve with the Food Station.”
The Food Station feeds pets with a healthy diet according to the pet’s distinct feeding schedule. It’s intended to be an effective, simple-to-use solution. Food Station was created by a small group of enthusiastic entrepreneurs from different backgrounds, including engineering, marketing, business and IT working together as a team. The Food Station team is from the DMV area - Washington, DC , Northern Virginia, and Maryland
The Food Station is 46 inches high and 28.5 inches wide. It comes with an electronic timer keypad, date and time stamp, an “empty” indicator light, a removable chrome bowl and lid locks and seals to keep food fresh. The food compartment holds up to 20 ounces of dry food. For more information, visit us online
