Two of our Morkie puppies! A Morkie is a cross between a Maltese and a Yorkshire Terrier. A popular mix for hose who want some traits form both breeds. They are highly affectionate, playful, happy and sweet. They weight range is generally 4 to 8 pounds. They are highly social. They love to play with their favorite toys. Like the Yorkie and Maltese they are hypoallergenic as they do not shed. A little hair may break into the comb when brushing just like human hair, but they do not shed and leave hair on your furniture. In the 1990s when designer dogs became trendy and this was the start of breeders intentionally breeding the Morkie breed.

Look at adorable Harley! His adoptive parents sent us these updated photos today! He is 8 months old and is very smart! He now performs sit, stay, down, leave it and roll over. We are thankful for families like these who spend quality time with their new puppies and give them the best homes!
