Hello friends! Here is an updated post about questions some of you may have if you have never boarded with us.

All dogs attending Sharon’s Perfect Pet Care must be:

- Dogs must pass an evaluation day before coming to stay with us. This helps us decide if we will be a good fit for your pup. We try our best to fit the needs of all dogs, but not all dogs are comfortable with a free roaming environment with other dogs here. We want your dogs comfort to be the top priority.
In order to schedule an evaluation day you will need to fill out our new guest application here:

- Fully vaccinated (rabies, bordetella, distemper/parvo)
- All dogs over 6 months old must be spayed/neutered.
- Fully potty trained.
We don’t allow potty pads inside so they will need to be trained to go outside to the bathroom.
- Crate trained. This means they need to be comfortable and quiet in a crate. All dogs here sleep in a crate and they need to have proper crate manners in order to not cause stress on their other furry friends. Dogs are not crated during the day unless we run a quick errand or something. This is for all dogs safety. We wouldn’t leave a group of toddlers alone and unsupervised and we always want our fur friends to be safe here.

Our rates start at $35 per day, per dog. We unfortunately cannot offer multi dog discounts. We are a small home business, this means we can only accommodate a certain amount of dogs before we hit capacity.

We do offer daycare for our clients, this means that if your dog passes an evaluation day you can schedule random daycare days. We don’t offer regular daycare every day or as a service. But if you’re going on a day trip feel free to reach out and we’d be happy to accommodate.

Your dog must pass an evaluation day before any reservations can be made. As stated above, we want to make sure all dogs here are comfortable and want to be here. We try our best to make our house your dogs home away from home.

Finally figured out what to do with our extra bedroom!! Welcome to our timid and quiet room, the littles and the shy dogs now have a dedicated area that only they can access. They of course have access to the rest of the rooms as well. But not all dogs like to play or be rambunctious. Now they have a place to chill and be comfortable.
