A while ago my Gmail got infected by a presumptuous pestilence calling itself Pinterest for some reason or another.
It is most annoying.
After my opening of the first of these excremental pieces of presumptive bumf I've deleted the subsequent posts post haste, but it does persist.
Some of its announcements claim that I have a good eye.
I have no clue as to why Pinsterpest could jump to this foolish conclusion.
After all, if it knew me at all, and had any notion of my preferences and vehement dislikes it would be aware that their more regular claim of "this is so you" is the term that is definitely sure to get so far up my sinuses that I can summon up the dear late Genghis Khan.

Dexter the Redwing Starling recently decided to get all trendy and went for a gender-swop, to my surprise.
She will henceforth be addressed as Dextrose. Dex for short and to avoid confusion.
Young Charlie is another Redwing Starling. He came here via Thimna who saved him from teenagers at her school, 2 or 3 weeks ago. Charlie was, at the time of his arrival, just short of flight, a tad too old to bond with humans, so it was very tricky to feed the ungrateful s**t for the first 4 days. He was obviously convinced that I am a serial murderer of fledglings.
The past few days Dextrose has taken to feeding Charlie, grabbing snacks from me and stuffing it down Charlie’s gullet. Initially Dex evinced some resentment, but now that her sex-change has apparently run its course she has become all motherly. I can feed Charlie at a remove. Fun thing is that Charlie is now more trusting of human fingers and motives.
Every morning Dex feeds Charlie first, before she has her own breakfast. Makes my heart melt, and helps me to forgive Dex for forever crapping all over me.
