‼️RETURNED FOR THE 4TH TIME 😞
Harper has been bounced around/returned 4 times. 💔 She is coming back to us again and we desperately need a foster or foster-to-adopt home! She’s such a friendly girl to everyone including dogs outside of her house but inside the house she becomes protective and that’s caused some disagreements between her and the resident dog. OFR volunteers love Harper and we want to find her the best no pet home! ❤️‍🩹

Harper is 4 years old and has the best smile! She is a fun loving energetic girl who loves attention and loves being near her people!! She adores her toys 🧸 - especially her stuffies. She loves to play and loves to snuggle. Harper is fully potty and crate trained and does great on the leash. Harper is an amazing and loving dog towards humans but she needs a home without other animals and young kids.

Update - Foster found🩷

This sweet 30lb girl was just found wondering around in the freezing cold. This poor baby is in such rough shape, she has frost bite blisters on her paws and on the edges of her ears, her tail looks like it may be broken, she is super skinny and neglected.

⚠️‼️THE BOY WHO WAS FOUND EATING GARBAGE OUT IN THE COLD.. ‼️⚠️
Holt came to us where he was found wandering the streets and eating garbage. 💔 We got this poor baby out of the cold and his amazing foster quickly noticed he wasn’t feeling well. We rushed him to the vet and X-rays showed a blockage. Our amazing vet partner rushed him right into surgery and they removed an entire corncob and lots of trash from his digestive tract that the vet believes had been there for a while. 😞

Without a rescue stepping up to help, without a foster willing to take in, without a vet helping out a rescue… the outcome would've been very different. Rescue work takes a village. Please keep this sweet boy in your thoughts as he's not out of the woods just yet. ❤️‍🩹

This is just one of the many medical situations we are navigating right now. Our vet bills the last few weeks are tremendously high! If you are able, please consider donating towards his medical care! Every little bit helps! 🙏

‼️🆘 EMERGENCY 🆘‼️
Sweet Debi girl is losing her foster. 😞 We have tried over and over again to find a forever placement for her. She has been with us since June of 2022. 💔 We have exhausted ALL of our resources and have absolutely no where for this girl to go. Are there any other rescues or sanctuary’s who are able to take her? Can anyone else help us find her a forever!?

Debi is 3 years old and so so sweet. She is the happiest girl you will ever meet, her tail never stops wagging. She absolutely loves everyone she meets and loves to cuddle on the couch. She is so deserving of love but she has some unique needs. Debi was found as a stray in Rochester. She was skin and bones and in desperate need of medical attention when she came to us. Debi has an abnormal neurological exam, and walks a little funny. Her doctors believe that she suffered some sort of trauma such as being hit by a car. She is unable to urinate on her own and needs her bladder to be expressed daily. She is also incontinent with f***s, but that's nothing a cute diaper can't fix! Debi can go up to 8 hours without a diaper change!

Please someone help this sweet girl! She deserves the world! We beg you to please share this post, we need a miracle. 🙏 Please PM us if you can help!

These senior babes are sweet as can be and have so much love to give to their humans. There are so many benefits to adopting a Senior dog! Seniors often have better manners and require less training than puppies do. Seniors have a calmer more relaxed demeanor and do not require as much exercise!

Seniors are so loving but are adopted much less often than younger pups. These babies are so deserving of a family to love on them! Please consider opening your home up to a senior! Check out the caption of each photo to learn more! Adoption application in the comments below! 💕

💕 THE MOST PERFECT PUP 💕
Sarah is a 5-month-old pup who is a super fun girl who just needs her family. She was saved from a local shelter and has had to move around, thriving everywhere she's been. She absolutely loves everyone and is fully potty and crate trained! She would love kids or another dog to play with, but it's not a requirement. She's just a loving, happy, goofy lap dog at heart! She also loves to play! She had surgery for a right hind leg growth plate fracture which is all healed now. She deserves the best family for 2025! Adoption application in the comments below!

✨2024✨ was one of our hardest years. Foster and adoption applications are down and shelters across the country are slammed more than we’ve ever seen. We tried our hardest to save as many as we could.

2024 recap:

We appreciate every single one of our volunteers, fosters, adopters, donors, and supporters. We couldn’t have done it without YOU! Meet Woody! 👋 This boy is 6 months old and weighs 30 lbs! Woody is a happy and easy going pup!! He loves hanging with his foster and exploring. He also entertains himself by tossing his toys up in the air and chasing them as they bounce around - It’s entertaining for his humans too!! 🤣 He’s loving the snow and makes little snow balls with his nose 🥰 He has the cutest tricks ever!

Woody is pretty comfortable and content in his crate. 🐾 Toss a treat in there and he’ll happily go in! He’s made so much progress potty training and will be a pro in no time! ⭐️ He’ll just need further consistency and routine. Woody is eager to please and oh so smart, already responding to verbal cues. He enjoys bath time and has a great appetite!! 🦴

Holt is around 5 months old and 27 lbs of puppy love. He is a happy and relaxed pup who loves meeting new people and playing with doggy friends!

Holt is crate trained and working hard on potty training and doing great! He is friendly with all dogs, cats and kids! Holt would do best in a home with a doggy sibling he can learn from. He loves other dogs and attaches to them quickly wanting to play and snuggle! 🥰

17 sweet babies available for adoption. We hate to see what “puppy season” will bring since it never really ended! PLEASE spay and neuter your pets and adopt don’t shop! 🙏 When you adopt you save two lives, the dog you bring home and the dog who now has an open kennel in the shelter or foster home in a rescue.

We ALWAYS need fosters! If you can’t foster now but can in the future, please apply today and get set up to save a life!

Rocky is 10 months old and around 60 lbs. He's an affectionate, sweet, and sometimes mischievous pup who just wants all the love. He is a big fan of snuggling and being with his human!

Rocky is working hard on potty training and is great in the crate. He is great with dogs, cats, and kids! He’s also wonderful on the leash!

Update: ADOPTED 💙 This cutie pie is Cole! 💙 He’s a 12 week old heart melter with the most adorable face and short little legs! This pitty pup has a serious knack for making you smile and is already the best sidekick his foster mom could ask for—always ready to soak up love and attention at a moment’s notice. Cole is a little ball of energy when it’s playtime, romping around and when he’s all tuckered out he loves to cozy in with you for a snuggle. 🥰At around 6 lbs now, Cole is expected to grow into a medium to large-sized dog. He’s still learning all about this big old world and how to dog! He’d do great in any home with the time to dedicate to raising a puppy. He can’t wait to be your very best friend!
