Meet Milo, our high-energy boy who has come a long way from an abuse case to being a bundle of joy and love. Milo is around 1 year old and 13lbs. He thrives on playtime with his toys, enjoys the thrill of car rides, and loves taking long, adventurous walks. He's always ready for some affection and is great with other dogs, though his energy can sometimes be a bit overwhelming, so a high-energy companion would be ideal for him. 🐕💕
Milo is fully potty trained, but he does wear belly bands inside as he tends to lift his leg. We're hopeful that this behavior will stop once he's fixed. 🏡 He is also fully crate trained and considers his crate his safe haven, where he sleeps soundly through the night. 🌙
While Milo can be a bit nippy at times, it's crucial that his new family takes their time with him and doesn't rush the bonding process. With patience and understanding, Milo will warm up to you and become your best friend and loyal companion. 🌟

Meet Fleur, our sweet 8-year-old lady who weighs around 60 pounds. Fleur is a gentle soul who is both housebroken and crate trained. She loves going into her crate on her own and enjoys sleeping with the door open. 🏡
Fleur is a true sunbather and loves laying out in the sun. Nothing seems to phase her, and she has a calm, couch potato demeanor. 🛋️🌞 She does well on leash and prefers to walk slowly and take in her surroundings. 🐾🚶♀️
Fleur gets along well with other dogs and will "correct" if a dog is confrontational. She loves every person she meets and is always excited to make new friends. 🐕❤️
She enjoys rolling around outside in the grass, and you might hear her adorable snores when she sleeps. When she's excited, she hops around like a little bunny, and she has a particular fondness for stuffies. 🧸🌿 Fluer has a mass on her bottom that will be removed during her spay ☺️

Meet Felix! This handsome senior boy was rescued from a tough life outside where he made it clear he was meant to be someone's very best friend. 🥰
Felix is so laid back that he is just plain lazy. 💕 This big ol' guy can't even be bothered to stand up when being fed. Whether it's eating or playing, Felix has made it clear since becoming a house cat that he strongly prefers to lay. 😂 We'd say he's earned it! Fun fact- Felix is also a self-proclaimed tiktok star (see comments below!😆). He's made his mark with some adorable dance moves. 💃

Sheila can be shy at first but warms up quickly. She likes being lifted up for cuddles on the couch and loves giving kisses. She is a gentle soul who loves pets and love. She also likes playing with tennis balls! 🎾

She loves to eat and lay under the couch.
She is your typical silly 🤪 playful puppy learning all about this big world and how to dog. 🌎🐶 She would do well with another dog to be her bff and show her the way or a patient family who will help her gain confidence as she grows. Manny is a loving and playful pup who adores dogs of all sizes and would thrive with a furry playmate in his forever home. 🐶🐾 He hasn't been around cats yet, so we're not sure how he'd do, but he absolutely loves kids and is always gentle and affectionate with them. 🥰
True to his shepherd nature, Manny just wants to be by your side, offering endless loyalty and companionship. 💕 As he's still a puppy, Manny is learning some manners, including not jumping up on people when he gets excited—he's eager to please and is making great progress!

🖤 Meet Blackfire, nicknamed Fifi, a spirited Shepherd mix looking for her forever home! 🤩
This bright and energetic girl is potty trained and crate trained, although she might bark at times when crated. Fifi enjoys her playtime with other dogs. 🐕 She hasn't been around cats, so her compatibility with them is unknown.
Fifi would thrive in a home without children. She's excellent on a leash and adores walks, making her a perfect companion for outdoor adventures. 🏕️ Car rides are another of her favorite activities; she loves sticking her head out the window and enjoying the breeze. 🚗
Fifi is a toy enthusiast and loves carrying them around, pulling out stuffing and squeakers. 🎾 Her love for toys and food makes her highly trainable, and she already knows commands like sit and come, occasionally responding to down. As a puppy, Fifi has plenty of energy and is in the mouthy stage typical of shepherds.

Everyone say hi to Leia! 🥰 She is a 3 year old, 45 lb Border Collie. This sweetie is a local owner surrender due to her owner's health issues.
She is housebroken and learning her crate is her safe place. She can be nervous in her crate along with some of life's experiences. She may nip when nervous or uncomfortable. She hasn't played with any toys, but she has been introduced to the treadmill, and she enjoys her walks outside. She will need a special and patient adopter who understands the breed and the quirks of the breed. 🙏 Agility may be an activity to consider. The adopter will have to be willing to continue to work with her.
Leia's foster says she can be a really sweet dog. 🩷 She knows her obedience well, walks nice on a nose loop, and walks by other people and dogs well.
Leia is looking for a forever home with a woman that is somewhat active and understanding of the herding breed temperament. Young kids make her nervous, so would not be a good fit. Leia would probably do fine with an older, calm male dog in the home. Included in Leia’s adoption fee is an obedience class to help set Leia and her new family on the right foot! Leia has been working with a trainer as well to help prepare her for a new home.

🚨 FOSTER OR FOSTER-TO-ADOPT HOME NEEDED ✨ Sweet Debi is still waiting. Debi is a 2-3 year old pitty weighing in around 50lbs of pure sweetness. 🥰 Debi is the HAPPIEST and SWEETEST girl you will ever meet! Her tail is constantly wagging and she has the biggest, most gorgeous pittie smile! She loves everyone that she meets; adults, kids, cats and dogs! Debi LOVES to cuddle on the couch and is always down to do whatever you want, as long as she can be by your side! 💜Debi LOVES the outdoors! 🏔️ She is always up to go out exploring and having new adventures. Debi is crate trained and knows simple commands. Debi was found as a stray in Rochester. She was skin and bones and in desperate need of medical attention when she came to us. 🥺 Debi has an abnormal neurological exam, and walks a little funny. Her doctors believe that she suffered some sort of trauma such as being hit by a car. She is unable to urinate on her own and needs her bladder to be expressed daily. She is also incontinent with feces, but that's nothing a cute diaper can't fix! Debbi can go up to 8 hours without a diaper change! Debi is the most loving and loyal girl and we know the right home is out there for her! She needs an understanding and patient home with someone who is able to manage her medical needs. 💕 Happy Mother's day to all our OFR Mama's! 🌷 Mama Mia is one of the most special Mama's we've ever had. She came to us sick, skinny, heartworm positive, full of bullets, and beyond pregnant. 💔 She has seen the absolute worst in humans and despite this, overcame it all. 📣 DOGGO OF THE DAY: JORDAN 🎉 Everyone meet Jordan! He is a 7 month old, 18 pound little cutie pie who was being given away for free by his previous owners. Our rescue partners down south scooped him up and he is now safe with us! Jordan is a high-energy pup who loves to play! He's a quick learner and has such a sweet personality. We recommend a fenced in yard, because he can be a bit of an escape artist. Safety first! Oh, and isn't it adorable that he enjoys zucchini and watermelon? Such a unique taste for a pup! He is working hard on potty training and doing great with regular trips outside. He is still learning the crate is a safe place. Jordan is a super friendly pup who absolutely loves kids! He is still a puppy and is working on learning his manors and how to dog! He loves other dogs and is a social butterfly. He's always up for a playdate and loves making new furry friends. Jordan can sometimes get a little too excited about kitty friends and doesn’t always understand why they don’t want to play with him. Slow intros are best with a watchful eye on interactions. With his playful nature, quick learning is abilities, and sweet temperament, Jordan would make an amazing addition to any loving home.
