A volunteer writes: Pluto is a planner and has his New Year’s resolutions set. He wants to get a head start, so please allow me to explain. Pluto is a team player and is hoping to take on a leadership role or two in his forever home (potential strengths: toy management and window watching). When I opened Pluto’s condo door, he met me right at the front. Softly resting his paws right over the ledge, Pluto was ready to explore! But what I really loved was his thoughtful approach.
Perching on the ledge for optimal viewing, I felt like we were on a team and he was coordinating with me. Pluto wasn’t trying to walk out, but he sat so tall and proud. Pluto is hoping to find a forever family who will give him the space to explore and achieve his biggest dream - a forever home!

Don Q is incredibly friendly and adored by our staff and volunteers. He's a nonstop purring machine, and his ultimate goal is to be your cuddle buddy! 🥰 He’s so friendly and easygoing, he’d be a great fit for almost any home.

Despite his amazing personality, Don Q has been with us for a bit. We worry that he might be overshadowed a bit by oodles of little kittens we have. But trust us, he's truly special and definitely worth your attention! 😺

Look at these lovebirds ❤️❤️

Gorgeous P**f (gray and white kitty) and heartthrob, Morning Star, are two of the sweetest, most easygoing kitties we’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. And they absolutely adore each other!

Both have been residing at our Westhampton location but they just went into a foster home together! We imagine that they are going to be fantastic companions in the home because they were already wonderful, even in the shelter environment.

Both enjoy the company of people and other cats, love playing, and are super snuggly.

These two kitties both came from the city shelter in Manhattan and we’re so grateful that we were able to give both of them the opportunity to be cherished pets, because they were made for that life.
