Our panel has chosen TWO families this time for our Be The Change Blessing!!! One is a couple whose husband has had major heart surgery and cannot return to work. The Blessing will help with mortgage, etc. The second is a family whose 4 year old is being treated (out of state) for a brain tumor. They have so many needs.

It is again time to nominate a person (or family) in need for our Be The Change initiative. I am thrilled to announce that we have chosen our first family for our 'Be the Change' initiative! It was so incredibly difficult for the panel to choose, all the nominees were in need. Those nominees that did not get gifted this time will go back into the mix for the next Blessing.
The family that received the Blessing is an older couple suffering from multiple health problems. This Blessing will help with groceries and bills.
In addition to the $1000, a very generous client added $100 to the Blessing!

We are excited to share a new Philanthropic Initiative that we are implementing as part of our practice. Dr. Holly Breaux will be joining me in this initiative!!!! Starting JULY 1, we will be setting aside $5 from every horse treated. Once the total reaches $1000, we will donate the amount to a person or family in need within our community. Nominations for recipients are welcome, and a panel of three individuals will be responsible for selecting who receives each $1000 gift. We also want to invite anyone interested in donating to this cause; 100% of the contributions will go directly toward supporting those in need. For full transparency, we will publicly announce the recipients of each gift, ensuring that sensitive information is kept private.
Additionally, we welcome local businesses to join us in this venture. If you would like to participate or learn more, please reach out to me via private messenger.
