Block just lost power. Won’t be fixed for 3 hours. Ugh! Incubator worried. Should still be good, it’s nice and sealed cross fingers! It might be time to invest in a generator even a small one just for the incubator. Can’t loose babies!

So this is happening now. This will be this females First breeding this season but her third clutch. First were no good, second was the one that just hatched. So now we wait with bated breath.

Confirmed lock in f1 v. Exanthematicus these are half siblings banded mother seperatr normal patter male Father. Both show the banded stripe pattern to a degree and lots of orange blush! Hopefully these F2s are intense looking. All goes well we will have eggs by end of September

Our Story

It all started with a love for reptiles!

I've been keeping and breeding various reptiles for over 22 years. I acquired my first “pet” snake when I was 8 years old and it went from there. A typical NJ Garter snake, turned into an obsession for all reptiles, and quickly a passion turned into a hobby, and then a business. It all really blew up with the monitors. To this day, I would say that owning a monitor lizard is one of the most fulfilling things I have ever done. They aren’t for everyone, but if you want intelligent, active, and big then you couldn’t ask for a better species to work with. Because of my own love of the hobby - I solely dedicate to keeping a small collection focused of animals that I rear and grow myself. The focus is on quality, careful gene selection, and optimal health that I want to share with you, my patrons!
