Update on Estella! Shes doing wonderfully, trying to do zoomies and jump around 🤦‍♀️. Shes loving OUR new human dog bed lol. Yup that's right, I caved and we have one in the bedroom now. Gosh I love this girl. I wouldn't be the same without her.

I was really stocked to make a post this weekend for the pups birthday and a special quest that ill introduce later this week. We ended up having a little party for them and it was so awesome, until it wasn't. It came on quick and suddenly without much warning. Estella bloated, we took her straight in and 3 vets later we were able to find one who was equipped for a surgery like hers. We were told it was a 360° GDV and prepared ourselves as it could go either way. She did also have a small foreign body (sand of all things) in her stomach which they think could have been the cause. There are so many things it could be that they couldnt give a definite amswer. Well it went the best way! She made it through and was starting to feel better. We were able to see her the next day and omg she was so excited!! Yesterday we were able to bring her home and she was very eager to leave lol. She has a special set up in our livingroom and my bedroom. Im going to be watching this girl like a hawk to make sure she heals the way she needs to.
This all being said, we have made the decision to NEVER bred Estella. She will be my couch potatoe love bug, and live her best life forever with us.

Please only inquire if you're serious about her, I won't hold her any longer since that seems to be impeding her being placed. I've also been told that it's NOT a sign she should stay 🤣.

They were both so eager to take those bathes. I have zero issues with my babies and bathing them. It's like a spa day for them 😆. The issue I find is getting them out of the bath!
Anyone else have babies who just absolutely love bathes??

I wouldn't typically post a failed meet n greet but I wanted to share how prepared and awesome this family was! I did have their permission to post this.
So we did a meet n greet with Kuromi today. They knew that they're dog was super clingy to them and we're concerned how he would react to another dog being with the owners and asked if we could have them meet. Of course I said yes! And im SO SOO SOOO beyond thrilled that they thought of this before bringing home any pup or dog. We'll we met in a neutral setting and it didn't go very well. I want to give them big props for being prepared, keeping their dog on the leash (Kuromi was too of course), and keeping their dog calm with precise commands and he was very obedient. This would have been a wonderful and perfect home of a responsible pet parent. Unfortunately, he is just too attached to share his humans.... just yet lol. They're going to work on it and come see me with a future litter.
Anyways I wanted to brag on them a bit, they asked to remain anonymous but they know who they are. I know that when the time comes they will all be ready, fur baby included lol

I forgot to post this one last week of Kuromi playing with some of the kiddos. It would be absolutely amazing if a family with kiddos became her forever home.
