What an amazing way to close out the summer! Last Saturday was jam packed - a big canning class with Michigan State University Extension - Oakland County and then our first ever Pontiac Harvest Gathering! Thank you to the Oakland Conservation District for sponsoring our event and to all of our volunteers for making it possible! Thank you to Yad Ezra and Centro Multicultural La Familia and MAEAP for hanging out with us. Thank you to Julijia and Funkadyelic Tie Dye for running the amazing tie dye station! Thank you to Jeremy Paskell for building an accessibility ramp on the fly and to all of our friends who pressed cider with us, purchased items at the bake sale and just had a beautiful day.

Happy Fall, y'all!

Whole worlds contained in every seed: here we are, entering the season of staple and medicine harvests before winter comes. As the land prepares for a deep sleep, abundance is everywhere.
