Successful first show for baby Mo!! He was definitely wondering where his friends were but we made it down centerline and kept all our feet on the ground! Thank you Kaley Clapp for letting me be a part of the journey! And thank you Jessie Perkins for all your help today 😁.

Could not be more proud of this pair!! Ellen Easter and Hershey Nougat won all 3 of their classes at Autumn Leaves and were NCDCTA Intro Champions!! Ellen works incredibly hard on her riding and it was so rewarding to see it all pay off. She rode through some spicy pony moments Saturday and put in 3 solid tests. On to training level! Thank you North Carolina Dressage & Combined Training Association for putting on a fun show and to Royal Equine for the looks!

Back from a busy week at Region I GAIGS! We had some absolutely awesome moments and uhhhh a few character building moments as well haha. Janine Markham’s DeeDeee competed in the second level freestyle championships. With same unfortunate time off before regionals and then a technical difficulty with the music cutting off halfway through our freestyle, we just didn’t have the ride I was hoping for! Love that sassy pony though! Thank you to Emme Johnston for designing my super fun Taylor Swift freestyle!

Jackie and Ashley Powell’s Blush and Sizzle did great at our second show together! Blush continues to get stronger and we are figuring each other out. Such a cool mare! We finished on a 65.6% at 3rd 2 on our last day of the show. And sweet Sizzle showed up the big horses receiving a 70% and second place in training 3 and 67% at first 1. She really turns it on in the show ring!

This group of clients/owners are so supportive!! It’s so nice to have such a great group! BIG shoutout to super groom Carty who kept my crew and Emme Johnston Dressage ‘a crew looking good and taken care of! Couldn’t have done it without her!
