Zolinesvisionaries Lou Ann Moore I took a one day dyeing class after retiring from gainfull employment and got hooked. I dye outside in the summer in central Illinois.

My husband made me a patio and I got a Sun Setter awning (does what it says) and voile ah. Belonged to an artist co-op and met Tina Leiberman who encouraged me to sell on Etsy and helped me get started. Drafted my husband to help with the heavy lifting that goes along with dyeing and all the million other tasks I ask him to do. He developed some of my best selling tie dye tshirt patterns. We team

teach dyeing for quilters in our area. He could probably sell you Chicago if he tried. Gary is doing a lot of the work on Etsy for me. I love to watch the dye itself intermingle and make new colors. I've tried all different kinds of dyeing. If it's too hot to dye during the day, I dye at night. I'm sure some of my neighbors think I'm nutty. I also babysit for my granddaughter Izzy, and trail ride my horse Lucky, cloud watch, garden & take photos. I quilt and bead in the winter.
