Hurray! The owner has been found. They have reunited. Thank you to those who helped in all ways (gave veterinary care, caring for it, sharing the post etc). What a good way to end 2025.

A chinchilla was found on the grass patch below a HDB block on Christmas day. We would like to believe that this chinchilla could have jailbreak from his cage and got lost, as it seems to be well maintained, well fed and well taken care of.

Some kind soul found, took it in, sent to the vet for treatment (as both front paws of the animal is broken) and handed over to us.

So if you lost your animal or know of anyone who lost their chinchilla recently. Do PM us as your chinchilla is currently under our care.

We will put the chinchilla up for adoption if no one claim it by end of January 2026.

3 well loved and well cared chinchillas (all of them are imported male RPA) looking for a new home.

Chinchillas have extremely long lifespan if they are properly cared for. Do not adopt on impulse.

They need to be housed in 24/7 airconditioned environment. Their maintenance require regular dusting to keep them in good shape.

Not suitable for people who needs to travel frequently, people with respiratory disorders such as bronchitis, sinus, asthma etc.

Do read up and have research done if chinchillas are suitable for you.
