Norman and I have been putting in the extra sessions so he knows all the commands by the end of the week so he can go on outings. The goal is for his owner to be able yo take him out in public and he be the super dog he is becoming. Way to go Norman!!!!

A few months ago Rookie was at Hapoy Paws Stay & Play while I was out of town. Unfortunately another dog nipped his tail and he had to have his tail amputated. I am grateful to Hapoy Paws and my friend Suzie that stepped up and got him to surgery and they all took care of him till I got home - I was in Maine in the middle of a wonderful trip to Acadia National Park. During Rookie’s recovery at Happy Paws he met a very special person. Char made sure Rookie was comfortable and not alone during this difficult time. On a positive note - when she found out he was a foster and looking for a forever home, she told me she has never bonded with a dog like she did with him. I am happy to say Rookie has started his slow transition to move to his new family. By Thanksgiving he will be with Char and her small pack. Yes Rookie will have a younger sister (Nova) to play with. It is crazy to think he had to loose his tail to find his person. Good thing he can pull off the stylish little nubby tail🐶

Say hi to Norman. He is a big boy who lives on a farm in Bethel. His owner wants to be able to take him places and he behave. He is currently enrolled in my Super Dog B&T program for the next 2 weeks. He is such a cool dog.
