Our US partner has been hit really hard with vet bills for several dogs over the past two weeks...if you can spare $5 please help Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue met this $5 GOFARther Challenge ❤️🐾

Can you spare JUST $5 to help with these vet bills? When we say no donation is too small, we mean it! We are asking 1000 fellow dog lovers to donate $5 AND thanks to an anonymous donor, once we reach $5,000 we will get another $1,000! We are desperate to replenish our emergency medical funds. Our ER bills reached just under $14,000 over the past two weeks which has FORCED us to say no to urgent medical cases and it's killing us (a few of those bills and recipients are in the photo).

Our US rescue is exhausted and overwhelmed...we have taken on 4 very expensive medical cases in the last 10 days: 2 overbred dogs needing emergency surgery (Pyomtra case and orthopedic surgery case), a tiny dehydrated puppy full of parasites that sadly didn't make it, and now this. 🐾❤ "J" LITTER READY FOR ADOPTION!!! ❤🐾
This adorable litter of 8 was collected from a junkyard (Hence "J" Litter!). We have 8 of these chunky monkeys ready to go. The 4 pictured here we estimate will get to 35-40lbs. The other 4 not pictured yet (3 females and 1 male) look similar, but are a bit smaller and may stay around 20-25 lbs. They are around 3 months old now and got the all clear from their vet exam to go to their forever homes!!!! They are playful and fun!!! Everyone wants to know what breed they are, but we are really not sure. Their mama resembles a black mouth cur and daddy hasn't stepped forward! The vet sees some bulldog. Bottom line, they are an All American mixed breed ready to love their new families!!! Their $400 adoption fee covers up to date puppy shots, deworming, microchip and vet exam. They are being fostered in Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres, Fl. THEY ARE READY!!!! Here are our little Morkie bottle feeders all grown up!!! These tiny ones came to us 24 hours old rejected by their mom. Over the past 8 weeks, our resident puppy whisperer Sherri bottle fed them and raised them to their current level of extreme cuteness!!! Our little black and tan guy, Romeo, is going to his forever home next weekend. Juliet however is still looking! They are going to stay quite small. 🆘 Please Share 🆘. ‼️We have taken in another Mom and Eight puppies 🆘 ‼️ Landscapers at a tree nursery heard whining and found a Momma with nine babies living in a hole she had dug under a tree in the roots. After two hours of coaxing, the Mom finally saw they meant no harm and allowed them to bring her and her pups into safety. We were going to pick them up in the morning however one of the puppies died when he just checked on them. They are being rushed to emergency. He noticed some Diarrhea from them. Here she is ❤️❤️❤️❤️ So thankful Dezzy was well enough to be released. She had her paw partially amputated, and other lacerations after being attacked by a machette. The work is just beginning for us, daily changing of bandages and earning this sweet girls trust. Special thank you to her angel 😇 that stepped up right away Diana Ferrante Thies.
This is where Dezzy USED to call home. Always scrounging for food, males fighting over her, attacking her when she would go into heat, not to mention living amongst homeless people that have mental issues and drug addictions. This is what led to her having been attacked by a woman with a machette. We can't imagine what this sweet noble girl could have done to deserve such torture and abuse. But this is the harsh reality.
BOBO is a Parvo Survivor!!!! We just picked him up and boy is he a happy pup! Parvo kills 85% of untreated dogs in 2-3 days. We rushed him into our preferred vet 2 hours away because we knew anywhere else the bill would be unreasonable for us. Now we really need your help. We have not covered Snow's bills and now we have another $1,350 to tackle. Our first round of donations for Bobo covered $365, but we have a ways to go. ADOPTION UPDATE: Pumpkin has been reunited with Chester!!!! Thank you so much to the St Jean family, for making ANOTHER long drive to come back and adopt Pumpkin. We didn't think Chester really cared one way or another about Pumpkin, but we were wrong! Look how happy he is to have her with him!
