Vaccinations! SO MANY PETS are given unnecessary re-vaccinations. The core vaccines (C3 for dogs, F3 for cats) give a LONG-LASTING IMMUNITY of at least 5 years. Often longer! Sometimes lifelong.
The term 'booster' is misleading and manipulative - why? Because if your pet has adequate antibody levels in their blood, those antibodies interfere with the vaccination, and stop the body responding to it.
However, the risk remains. In fact, if you re-vaccinate the vast majority of pets in less than 5 years after a core vaccination, ALL YOU ARE EXPOSING THEM TO IS RISK! There is no benefit, no strengthening of immunity, all downside.
The risk is small, but it's definitely bigger than the veterinary industry and scientific orthodoxy think. This is because, as far as science thinks, there is no such thing as a delayed or chronic vaccination reaction or injury. (I see them all the time!)
And an animal who develops (or has a flare-up of) allergies, autoimmune diseases, IBD, anxiety, or if their health slides for no apparent reason within 6 months of being vaccinated, vaccine injury (vaccinosis) is right at the top of my differential diagnoses!
You can minimise risk:
- Always titer test to see if your pet even needs to be re-vaccinated
- Use rescue remedy before, during, and after vaccinations
- Use homeopathic support to prevent (and to help) vaccine injury
- Select dogs and cats with strong, healthy genetics)
- Most importantly of all, feed your pets a fresh, whole foods diet, minimise use of toxic parasite prevention, and keep them relaxed and happy!
Taking these steps could save your pets and you the heartache of chronic, difficult-to-treat vaccine injury diseases!
Let me know in the chat- have any of your pets been injured by vaccinations? What's worked to help them? How do you support your pets through necessary vaccinations?
