Ms. Mischa came in for a bath and blow out! When I tell you every inch of my salon is covered in hair by the time this girl leaves, I am not joking. 😅
So what exactly is a bath and blowout service?
A bath and blowout is a service where I use a combination of a bath, high powered dryer, brushes, and combs to remove all of the dead hair trapped in your dog’s coat.
Does this stop your dog from shedding? No, but it might seem like it for a few days! A dog’s coat will always die, fall out, and regrow, but pulling out all their built up dead hair in my salon means there is A LOT less hair to fall out on your couch!
When should I have this service done? Whenever you want less hair in your house! Dogs naturally shed the most in the fall and the spring, to prepare for the changing seasons. However, because they live in climate controlled houses with artificial lighting, their shedding cycle can get a little messy. If you are noticing lots of hair in your house, loose hair building up in your dog’s coat, or any tangles or matting starting, it’s a great time for a bath and blowout!
