Back at Pottery Barn today!
Cute setup, cute treats 😍, and already meeting a bunch of pet parents!

These events definitely pull me out of my comfort zone. I’m selling treats to people who were literally just trying to buy a couch. 😂 Starting convos, handling rejection like a pro, and learning to just keep going, is all part of the growth process.

Every time I do one of these pop ups, I get a little braver and maybe a little better at small talk 😁

Growth isn’t supposed to be comfortable...

I didn’t come from money. I didn’t have connections. What I had was a notebook full of ideas, a whole lot of feelings (hi, anxiety), and parents who always had my back. I'm a teen trying to run a business while surviving high school. People see the shelves now, but they don’t always see the awkward pitches, the rejections, or the moments I questioned if I could really do this. It wasn’t easy. It still isn’t. But it started with one idea, a little courage, and a whole lot of love. And we’re just getting started. 💪🏽

Still hand writing the names on all our cards! Lately we've been writing a lot of "thank you for your 2nd order" cards too. That's a really big deal to us...you came back for seconds 🙌🏽 🥰. We used to write the entire card message out, back in the day. I love that touch, but sometimes things have to be tweaked as you grow 💪🏽.
