Our Story

This is my page for the breeding of the Irish Fancy Canary & the English Roller Canary. I am 77 years young and have bred birds since my late 20's. I bred budgies for over 10 years and then moved onto solely Roller Canaries. Last year (2017) was my first year of breeding the Irish Fancy Canary which i will continue with in the 2018 breeding season. Until this year i have only bred the birds as a hobby but with a little help I intend to enter a few of my Irish Fancy into a couple of shows in 2017, before i get too old. UPDATE: After my success of showing the Irish Fancy in 2017 & 2018 I have decided to no longer carry on breeding Roller Canaries. This was a tough decision for me as I have bred Roller Canaries for over 30 years but for a number of reasons, which i wont go into, I have chosen to now solely breed Irish Fancy. I hope my health is good for a few years to come that will enable me to carry on not only breeding my Irish but also showing at many Irish International shows as well as local CBS clubs. Charlie
