Anyone want a new friend?

This little guy and female are ultra friendly, and chatty.
I don't know their history but they seem to be in great health.

A reddish car dropped off 6 cats between our place and our neighbours around 5:45pm last Thurs. I wish that they would have also left vet funds and Costco gift cards - but the lack of these probably was the catalyst to this sad action.

Harvest Celebration was a magical experience now imprinted into this land and our beings.

PEOPLE To the friends & budding friendships gathered around us, you breath extra life into the vision we have been building. (I pinch myself and delight to see what we are creating).

PLACE Do you know that when someone comes to our farm, they leave roots? One root, more roots, deeper roots. They forever have a place here.

HISTORY Speaking of roots, The greatest of our harvest successes is that our family tree has a sweet little fruit. Just about 25 years ago - Elmir and I met. Essentially, we planted the seed of our life and tended it (through all weather) to get to now, where our family tree is expanding.

LIGHT Our guest of honour was our sweet grandbaby Ruah and her mother Caelah.
(I understand singular / plural - they are still one unit at just 2 weeks since birth) and did you see our son Zion as an amazing dad and husband (melt)..

MUSIC Live music in the heart of our home / the kitchen - wow - still vibrating

FOOD We served deeply nourishing foods. A little later than I hoped but most of which was planted, gathered, preserved, and or raised here.

These Two Birdz ❤
will be stopping by BEEZ farm to share their brilliance on their way west.
Lucky us!!! So excited.
(This little piece of land has attracted *arts & culture* for as far back as I have collected it's stories. This is the energy we want to continue to foster in the time we are here.)

✴️Announcing new magical beings joining us for All Hallows on Saturday evening October 26th ✴️

The Two Birdz first started playing together twelve years ago.

Following the wild geese from Quebec across the country, their songs and music was inspired by the nice folks they met on the roadtrip.

This year, they stride back to the West with experiences and stories from many countries like France, Romania, Tunisia.. the gazing South.

On the cello, the guitar and the trumpet, they enjoy inviting the public to participate in this openly world folk music.

Their forth album is intitled ‘’Where you Seek’’, songs and instrumentals haphazarding through ideas and hope.
