While Dad was out, the lamb decided to have a 'fleece' of the action and took over the couch! 🛋️

Looks like he's on a mission to prove that not all woolly jumpers are knitted. He's just testing the 'stuffing' out of our furniture.

Dad's gonna have a 'shear' shock when he gets back!

We’re thrilled to announce that we raised $225 at our recent sausage sizzle fundraiser at Yungaburra Butchery! We are so grateful to the generous team at Yungaburra Butchery for providing the supplies to make this fundraiser possible.

A big thank you also goes out to the wonderful Beth from The Animal Whisperer FNQ, who volunteered her time to help run the sizzle. And of course, a huge thank you to all the members of the public who came out to support us — your enthusiasm and generosity mean the world to the rescue animals in our care.

Funds raised from events like these are critical to allowing us to continue rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need. We couldn't do this important work without the support of our local community.

Thank you again to everyone involved! We're already looking forward to our next fundraising event.

Little Oreo came into the caring hands of FNQ Foster Farms, full of fear and anger. But with the love and patience of The Animal Whisperer FNQ, we've watched Oreo blossom and rediscover her true self.

After just two weeks in her forever home, Oreo has found the happiness and comfort she deserves. Her new family is completely smitten, and their love is palpable.

We're overjoyed to have played a part in Oreo's transformative journey. Seeing her come into her own and find her forever home has truly filled our hearts. 🥰

This would be a huge help for us, as we are still recovering from the recent weather disasters and need to secure more feed, storage and shelter for our animals.
