Me greeting my brother after his vettie visit
My brother, Bob, spent the day at the vettie for a checkup and a spa day and I missed him so much! I gave him lots of kisses and helped wash the strange smell off of him when he came home! Bob purrs so lound! (Turn your sound on and please forgive the dirty floor.)
Bob could really use your prayers, as we believe in the power of prayer and that your prayers are why he is still with us! The news is not what we had hoped for! His mouth, where the cancerous tumor was removed 5 months ago, is looking pawsome, but he has an enlarged lymph node under his chin on that side. It may be the nasty cancer rearing it's ugly head again or it may be just an anomaly, such as he is fighting allergies or an infection or a virus. Bob has a re-check at the end of the month, but there is not much more that can be done at this point.
Bob got a haircut and his nails done! Bob hasn't been grooming himself very well and he won't let mom brush him! He had mats along his back. Bob has a very thick and curly undercoat that is gray, so he is half gray now! The vettie warned mom that he was surprisingly half gray, but mom knew that his undercoat is gray, so she wasn't surprised at all. Mom will post some photos as the video lighting doesn't show it. Mom thinks that he looks adorable!
I thank you all for the wonderful birthday wishes, friendship, and support and we love you all! Your friendship means the world to us! I'm sorry that I didn't personally respond to each post, but things have been beyound nutters here, with our ongoing lack of water problems. We have water right now and the county is overseeing our community well, so we hope that we will have water from here on out. Our neighbor's, up the street, house burned down Saturday morning and mom has taken it hard. They got out safely, but lost everything. We feel so very bad for them and it was so very, very, scary for everyone! We are having the worst fire season here on record and there are several grass fires near us everyday! Mom is

Hi Everyone! We are still having some water issues, but mom is taking good care of us! I am having pawsome fun playing in the clean water we are storing in the tub to use for flushing toilets, if needed! I only fell in once! Mom is keeping the door closed, but I sometimes sneak in! <3

I'm a silly boy and I love to roll around on the asphalt during outide time! It is not too dirty today, but I am usually covered in grass and leaves when I am done!
My brother and I are both doing very well and have been enjoying lots of love and snuggles and outside time for me! Bob isn't interested in going outside and that may be because he was a street cat and it took him a long time to find a forever family and an inside home! We were having issues with our internet provider and the big windows update, but hopefully that is all behind us now! Love and hugs <3

Hi friends! I have missed you, but mom really needed a break to recharge her batteries! She did that by taking advantage of the nice weather to dig in the dirt and enjoy the peace that being outside in nature brings! My brother and I are doing pawsome and I have enjoyed outside time!
