Who am I? And why should you board and train with me? Let me introduce myself.
My name is Bobbie Bigelow (McNeaney) and I have been riding & working with horses for 24 years, primarily in the H/J disciplines.
My competitive accomplishments include 2008 IEA National Champion Open o/f individual, 2009 IEA Nationals 8th place Open o/f Individual, multi time year end medal finalist at ASPCA Maclay/ New England Equitation Championships/ MHC Days of Champions/ MHJ Finals, and winning show record through the 1.10m jumpers and Novice level Eventing.
I have been blessed with the opportunity to train with many great professionals in the industry, including Kristen Bumpus, Nora Harris, James Morris, Julie Winkel, Missy Ranhousen, Ariel Grald, Dom Schramm, Will Coleman, and Boyd Martin.
I have two Bachelor’s of Science degrees from the University of Connecticut, Animal Science and Pathobiology. I recently was the Head IEA Coach for Mount Holyoke College for four seasons, consistently bringing individual & team riders to Regional & Zone finals, as well as the Stable Manager for the MHC Equestrian Center.
I have three horses of my own, have been professionally riding & teaching since 2018, am partial to the Thoroughbred, love working through training milestones with green horses, and truly enjoy helping horse/rider pairs reach their personal goals!
Come ride with ! 😊🦄
