Izzy and Bertie did their first dressage competition today, they were placed 5th and 2nd with 63.04% and 66.08%.
Well done Izzy you've brought me so much joy watching you train Bertie from a lightly back youngster, to a pony that is now suitable for lead rien, first ridden and second ridden. Your determination and the love you have for Bertie has enabled you to grow together, it was great to see you both relaxed and happy at your first competition. I believe in you and know there's more great achievements to come. X

Vesta and Charlies first dressage test, which was held in aid of cancer research hence the link 🧡
so proud of them both! They got 3rd and 6th, and 61.40% and 62.60%.
Vesta well done on giving Charlie lots of love and support to help him retrain from being a pacer to a ridden horse. Your kind and patient riding has helped him grow in confidence and it was lovely to see you both relaxed and happy at your competition. Keep up the good work. X

I'm so proud of you for being able to develop in confidence & ability as a rider, allowing you to train your young beautiful mare. You've improved your riding skills & learnt how to lunge etc which has enabled you to do all Clovers training. This is an incredible achievement esp as in the beginning you had to ride through, bucking, rearing and bronking. I'm super pleased that your hard work, patience and dedication has paid off that you are now able to do a showing and jumping class & get placed in both. ❤️

Such a pleasure working with Dibdab. He's a cheeky, clever and exuberant 6yr old ex race horse. Only been doing ground work a few times a week as he needs to gain strength, suppleness and learn traditional rider aids. E.g. You don't need to gallop off when the rider picks up a contact 😂
Check out the before and after pics to see his improvement after only 4 sessions with me and his mummy Vicky doing little in between.

Are you aware of the Highway code changes. When you see a horse on a road, you should slow down to a maximum of 10 mph. Be patient, do not sound your horn or rev your engine. When safe to do so, pass slow and wide, allowing at least 2 metres of space.
