Dr. J is a Fear Free® Certified Professional and Pet Sitters International Certified Professional Pet Sitter® (PSI CPPS®) and dog walker. With a PhD in wildlife and fisheries sciences, Dr. J has worked as a field biologist with Mexican gray wolves, monk parakeets, deer, and small mammals. Therefore, she is comfortable caring for most pet species, both domestic and exotic. As with most pet sitters,

pets have been in Dr. J’s life since she was a child. Over the years, she has shared her life with dogs, cats, birds, rodents, fish, amphibians, reptiles, horses, donkeys, and a tarantula. She currently shares her home with two monk parakeets and an arid leopard gecko. Dr. J really enjoys learning what makes a pet joyful and she tailors her interaction accordingly. It may be playing with, petting or grooming, or simply talking to your pets. In fact, some pets know her for her head and ear massages! Dr. J thanks you for trusting her with your pets!
