I'm still enjoying the retired old man's lifestyle with all of the naps and snacks I could want. Yes, marshmallows are still my favorite 💜. Always enjoy whatever little moments of happiness you can find in life.

I don't ever expect mail but today there was something for me. Wow! This was totally out of the blue and it made my day (and mom's). How cute is this portrait that Chewy sent me? We get all of our feline food supplies from them and already think they are a great company but this is above and beyond. Thank you so much!

We just moved to a new house so that was the perfect time for me to get out and explore the neighborhood. I slipped out the door before anyone noticed and took off. We live on a lake now with lots of wildlife and I met so many new friends. Unfortunately, I got lost and had to wander around all night long and it was really scary. Mom knew to put out stuff that smelled like home so I found my way home after 14 hours of being lost. Mom wouldn't put me down and was kind of hysterical but I think she is ok now. I guess Ill stay inside from now on, sleeping outside is for the birds.

He might be a little angry about medication time but Carl's majestic-ness is certainly coming back. Thank you everyone for all of the love! The heartbreaker is getting back on his feet.

Thank you to everyone for the prayers, positivity, love and light. Carl did great after surgery and I was able to bring him home today. He improved and healed faster and better than expected and a huge part of that was the love from all of you. Thank you!!! I also want to thank everyone at and for giving Carl all of the love and the best care a cat could ask for. Everyone went above and beyond with the communication and care, we felt safe and knew Carl was in the best of hands. Thank you everyone!
If you would like to donate towards his vet bills we would be forever grateful. If you can't donate that's ok too! He can still use love and positivity while he finishes healing.

It has been a very long time since my last post because I have been enjoying retirement life. Things are great with me but I am writing to tell you about Carl. Wednesday night mom came home and found Carl very lethargic and unable to walk. Mom rushed him to the ER and was told he had bladder stones and a completely blocked urethra causing a toxic buildup in his system. He didn't have long. The team took him right back and got to work. I am happy to report today that Carl is doing excellent and will be stable enough for surgery tomorrow to remove all the stones. With love, support and a little luck he will be home no later than Monday. Please send him all thoughts, prayers, and positivity. I have never asked for any financial help before but Carl's bills are continuing to climb. If you would like to donate to his care we would be forever grateful. If we receive more than is needed, any extra funds will help pay for his continued care and to a local vet to help others with emergency vet bills. I will continue to keep update everyone with his progress.
