We regret to inform you that there have been several confirmed cases of Parvovirus reported in our area in recent weeks.

Parvovirus is incredibly contagious and is spread through faeces and vomit, so it is important to be aware of the symptoms. If your dog is exhibiting any of the following symptoms, please contact us by phone >> diarrhoea with blood, vomiting, or loss of appetite.

What a glamorous life dog walking is 🤣🤣 Me after having slid all the way back down the bank at Mill dam trying to exit the water. Couldn't stand up for laughing. Tess and Finn thought it was amazing and were in my face. I was already wet from wading out in the water with Rhu but finished the walk off covered in mud 🤣

This is me today 🤣 thankfully there are lots of places locally for good shaded walks with water. It was very humid though!

The normal hot weather policy applies as with previous years.

Walks may be cut short if any of the dogs are struggling. With particularly attention to those who are overweight, braccy breeds, older or very thick fur.

Dogs may be kept on lead to keep them from going too crazy with the playing and risk overheating.

Lots of water available both in the van and on walks.

Knowing scotland these 2 days will be it for our summer 🤣🙄

I hope you've all been having fun in the snow! Vera was all cosy in her suit running around 😂 then a walk down to the christmas light switch on with some of her dog pals. Glad it wasnt a work day with all the snow driving though!

Remembering our beautiful Niamh, the boss and Matriarch of the lunch walk. Its with great sadness to let you all know of our Niamhs passing this morning. She was incredibly brave and a fighter for these past 4 years after going through so much. She will be missed by all as anyone who met her fell in love. Its going to be very strange without our girl and it will be a big adjustment for us all especially her family and Finn 💔

About Pawsitively Pet Services

Hannah has been animal mad her whole life. It began at an early age with family pets and progressed to spending weekends and school holidays helping at a local riding school. Her love of animals pushed her to complete an HNC in Animal Care from Oatridge Agricultural College and then on to University where she gained a BSc Equine Science and Management (Behaviour and Welfare). Following University she spent three years working and studying animal behaviour at the Natural Animal Centre in Wales where she learnt aspects of animal care from a variety of animals. From the smallest of animals including tortoises, rabbits, cats and dogs to larger such as pigs, sheep, and horses.

In setting up Pawsitively Pet Services she continues to offer her care and compassion to animals whilst letting their owners have peace of mind whilst they are away at work or on holiday.
