We got our PA Preferred designation. We are waiting to hear back from the Farmer Veteran Coalition on The Homegrown By Heroes designation.

Yesterday our Dubois, PA Wal-Mart was completely out of eggs. We have been getting pretty consistent XL eggs and will be considering raising the prices back to $5 once The Visitor returns to Treasure Lake for the winter. Just think, you won't have to see my ugly mug until spring.
Thank you for supporting Andrew’s eggs. Because of the high demand, we are getting more chickens once we save for the extra kennel space. We will definitely keep everyone posted AND let you know about the future chook choices. Thanks to everyone who has supported Andrew’s side hustle. He will be learning about how to run the money and customer service parts. If he does as well as he did with his jellies, he will be doing well.

Wishing Andrew was here. I miss my kitchen partner. Today is more applesauce. I am doing them in the slow cooker so I can catch up everything else. These are going to have maple syrup infused in one. The other will be brown sugar, cinnamon, and pure vanilla extract for ice cream.
Also starting my own pure vanilla extract. It will take 2 months. Andrew can add these to his inventory when he returns. He is much better at selling his eggs than I could ever be.
