Team DHS had a great day at the New England Equitation Championships on Wednesday! Congratulations to J. Johnsen who rode N. Atamian ‘25’s “Charleston Z” to a 10th place finish in the Adult 28-45 Final! M. Welch rode N. Atamian ‘25’s “Rapidash” to a 🥇 finish in the Open Adult 46+ Section B with a score of 86. Demler placed 10th in the 3’3” Junior Hunter 16-17 Handy aboard her horse “Petite Frite” and Scott competed indoors for the first time in the 3’6” Small Junior Hunter 16-17 division putting in great rounds aboard her horse, “Cornell”. Team DHS AEL Team (pictured here) and IEA Team had their first competitions of the season last weekend!

Congratulations to our AEL Team on a fantastic first show of the season last weekend at Concord Equestrian. All team members ribbioned! A. Troutman’26, I. Park’30 and M. Boyd’31 all placed first in their divisions leading the team to a Reserve Champion finish! 🥈🏆

Our IEA Team had a wonderful start to our season with a double header this past weekend. We had a number of riders compete in their first IEA shows with great promise and our returning team members performed consistently over both days. We had several class winners, including A. Troutman ‘26, G. Ramaswamy ‘27, L. Kendall ‘28, A. Burr ‘31, and A. Guifoyle ‘28.
