Message from Finder: I THINK THIS POOR BABY WAS A VICTIM OF A SCAM. A WOMAN ON Instagram CLAIMS TO BE A RESCUE - SHE IS NOT. SHE HAD A PHOTO OF THIS BOY ON Instagram THIS MORNING IN PHILLY. HE WAS FOUND IN NYC BECAUSE I SUSPECT, THE DEAL FELL THROUGH AND SHE HAD TO GO GET MORE ANIMALS TO SELL. HE WAS BIG AND DRAGGING HER DOWN. MY HUSBAND AND I GOT HIM. HE IS NOW AT BIDAWEE IN NYC - A NOT SHELTER BEING WELL TAKEN CARE OF. BUT I SUSPECT HE IS SOMEONE'S BABY.

Description: This dog was found reportedly '' near Penn Station in NYC but I have reason to believe he was stolen from Philadelphia.

When we posted Ke-Ke as a stray, we had so many comments and inquires about when she would be available for adoption.

Well, this 4-month-old German Shepherd puppy has been waiting for her new family to come...and they haven't.

She is available for adoption at our Philadelphia headquarters and hopes someone comes for her today.
