We found , a fun pet store this summer in Shelbyville, KY. They are all about pet safe holistic products, high quality food including freezers full of raw and fresh options, natural chews, and pet safe toys! They also are very knowledgeable and believe in pet education. provide training classes and bring in a holistic vet that is certified in chiropractic care. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and it’s always a fun visit!

On our last visit to Roo's Holistic Pet Supplies - Shelbyville we took home some new treats to try and they did not disappoint! They were the Lord and Jameson Very Berry treats! These treats are made with organic ingredients and include blueberries, strawberries, dates, peanut butter, coconut, cranberry, beet, and oats. It is a fun bite size treat to add to our rotation and is packed with flavor and antioxidants and all three pups loved them! Next time you are in the shop- check these little goodies out!

Every second Tuesday in June is World Pet Memorial Day, a day to remember our pets that have passed away. Honestly, we remember our Rue and Cali every day by living their legacy and by doing everything we can to support Theo, Penny, and Violet. It’s important for us to give them a healthy lifestyle and environment to keep them thriving! The food we feed is essential to health and longevity, regular exercise can help keep weight in check, support joint and muscle health, and help with mental stimulation. We often offer enrichment activities that work the brain. We limit toxins by using natural flea and tick prevention on them and in the yard, we no longer use harsh chemicals in and outside of the home, and we detox them regularly to support the liver. Keeping our fur family happy and healthy is a well rounded approach to their care.
