In rhodes today doneys are still used to carry people up to the castle, we saw adults being carried on their backs; Tis shameful. Donkeys bone structure is not designed to carry heavy weights. 😢😢😢

Farrier visit today; we were all awarded gold stars! apart from Murphy… he let the side down ( Uncle Bobby awarded him a bronze star for being uncooperative! 🙄

We had some special visitors from Walberton Place yesterday afternoon, lots of extra cuddles. Plus a cream tea for our visitors, but not us because of our diet! We enjoyed the extra attention ♥️♥️

Our new feeding regime! Our grass paddock is too lush, because of all the rain, now its warm! The grass is growing faster than we can eat. So we have our hay soaked to eliminate sugars. Tazz and Fella keep us company and we have a huge ménage to play in. We do have a small paddock for overnight grazing!

When your best friend has the dentist; you just have to smile. Murphy does not like his annual dental visit. Paddy watches on knowing its his turn next. Was a tough day, sedation for Murphy but Paddy is such a brave boy. ❤️

Murphy had to be sedated for routine dental work… it took 3 hours for him to come round.. lots of cuddles and glad to report his teeth are perfect xx
