Chill Collars
Wearing a chilled dog collar will help to keep your pet cool and comfortable in the heat or while travelling. For best results, your Chill Collar should be placed flat in cold tap water. Leave to stand for 30-35 minutes but no longer, do not over soak as it will only add weight. Remove from the water and wrap in a dry cloth or hang to remove excess water, it is ready to use. Using y

Each Chill Collar is designed to be worn around the neck and is made in sections so the polymer will stay in place. If the Chill Collar begins to feel warm simply turn it over. If more cooling is desired the Collar can be put into a plastic bag and put into the fridge or cool box. When the Cool Collar shows signs of de-hydrating after a few days of use, simply re-soak for approximately 5-8 minutes. Washing and Care Instructions :-
Hand wash in tepid water with very mild soap, rinse thoroughly and hang to dry. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR TUMBLE DRY. When not in use or for long storage the Chill Collar should ALWAYS be hung in a ventilated area. It will return to it's original crystals in 4-8 days depending on temperature and humidity.
