‼️Pro Pet Sitter Tip‼️
If you have one of these water fountains for your cat or dog PLEASE take into consideration that if the power goes out for whatever reason, your pet will have NO access to water. When these particular fountains are unplugged the water does not sit in the top, it drains back down to the bottom. My biggest tip would be always having a regular water bowl as back up. Especially if you are traveling & your pet will be let alone for a period of time. I had it happen where a client forgot to pay their electric bill & their 4 cats had no water until I returned for my next visit. So please just use this tip to help prevent that from happening to your pet. Thank you for reading! 🐾💦

Hi! My name is Melinda Meltzer and I am the owner and operator of your local pet care business: Stay and Play Pet Sitting. I have always been an avid animal lover. My aunt recalls that when I was 5 years old I proclaimed that I would work with animals when I grew up. Thanks to supportive people like you, this dream is my reality! I love keeping animals happy, healthy, and safe while their parents are away. Your pets deserve to be in the comfort of their own home with personalized services to meet their needs and desires. Below is a list of professional qualities that show why I am the best pet sitter for you:

Trustworthy- Stay and Play Pet Sitting is a legitimate business in Riverside county, Licensed, Bonded, and Insured, a Member of the Temecula Chamber of Commerce, has passed recent background checks, and has local references that would love to talk to you.

Medically Trained- I am an experienced veterinary assistant, and did this job for 3 years and am cat and dog CPR and first aid trained. I excel in pre-op and post -operative care, have lots of experience medicating, and administering shots, have open communication with your vet while your away, will transport your pet to your choice of vet in the case that the need arises.

Fear Free Certified- I am educated about emotional well-being, enrichment and the reduction of fear, anxiety and stress in pets. Through presentations I taught these methods to the hospital and boarding staff of Countryside Animal Hospital. I am continuing my education for a third year to perfect the craft of compassionate care.
