Grimlock x Sorrel pairing. This pairing has proven to me that Grim carries the phantom gene. I have gotten nothing BUT phantoms from this pair (which I guessed would happen) and I'm okay with it. I do want to develop a strong phantom line, so I'm hoping one of these offspring get some of that nice bright white from dad. One of these kids is going to develop into a nice dalmation though, so many spots. I have my eye on one of the kids who is a very VERY nice, bold red.
Grimlock x Nyx pairing. I'm loving the dorsals on these kids and they look to have great potential. One of the kids is starting to display the tangerine from mom.
Grimlock and Ingot pairing. Still have yet to get a lily white from this pairing. I'm praying I get at least ONE this season... it's crazy... my bad luck. ROFL Meanwhile I see other breeders getting 2 lilys in their first eggs. Oh the jealousy is strong.
First up we got an Ingot baby (sib to the last one shared) then we have 2 Sorrel babies and finally the newest of them all, a Nyx kid (who's egg was nice a big, very nice baby!)

This little one hatched last night. Darkest red I've seen out of this pairing. (Grimlock x sorrel)
2nd grimlock and Sorrel kid. 2nd and 3rd pics are grimlock and nyx kids. Final Pic is one that just hatched tonight. Grimlock and Ingot kid. Not a LW like I was hoping but hopefully I'll get at least 1 from them this season.
Welcome to the world little one! This is a grimlock x Sorrel kid. :D it's sibling hasn't hatched yet, this little one popped out while I was at work.
Finally got 2 sets from each female now. Next month will be exciting! 3rd set and hopefully towards the end/beginning of next month the first set of eggs hatch!
Another set of eggs from my girls! Hoping the end of next month the first clutch begins hatching. Waiting is so hard!
Went and visited the phoenix reptile expo today and left with a very lovely gecko. I was looking for a LW axanthic to pair up with my 66% het in the next year or so but I didn't find any that aught my eye. So I settled on this female Frappuccino because obviously I couldn't leave without getting SOMETHING (I did get a nice big stick for Yoshi to climb on though).
No name yet but I'm curious to see what I can do with a nice frapp with all my reds.
Not sure on exact date of lay but just found a set of pearly whites from all 3 of my females! Super excited. All 6 look fertile and perfect. Can't wait to see what comes out of em!
Their lay boxes had spahg moss in them so that's what's kinda stuck to the eggies.
Lastly Grim and Nyx locked tonight. There it is. All 3 of my females have been bred. Not the way I wanted this season to go but that's okay! We'll make it work. Grims got allt his lovely white and cream. I'm interested to see if Nyx's tangerine will pass to her Offspring. I'd love to work with the gene. She's not a super strong carrier of it but I definitally see it.
Wahoo! 2nd lock between Ingot and Grimlock confirmed! Ingot is a LW so I'm hoping for reds. Oranges. Tricolor and LWs. Let's hope for some nice kiddos!
Had a successful lock last night! I had to change up breeding plans a bit this season as my females are very clearly ready (any kind of touch, and I mean ANY... and they lift their tails) but the males I've wanted to pair them with are just not in it. So looks like Grimlock is getting some fun with the girls.
Last night was Grimlock x Sorrel. Hoping to pair him with Ingot tonight. I'm not overly worried about 1 male breeding with all 3 of my females as a) I'm probably only going to keep 1 or 2 offspring total this year and b) I got other geckos growing up to branch out from. :)
Our final pair will be Renegade and Nyx. I chose to this as opposed to Grimlock because I'm hoping to potentially get that high cream in to the Offspring (and that giant head) and im curious if I can get that hint of tangerine in Nyx's cream to pass (which never seems to shownin pictures but its there. I swear) as well as that almost complete pinstriping.
Our 2024 pairs for this year! Get ready! There's only 3 because I only have 3 females ready haha but they'll be amazing. I'm holding out just a smidgen longer because the days are still quite short here and too cold but im hoping in Feb I'll get them paired up.
Briar (first picture) will be paired up with both Ingot and Sorrel. I'm hoping for some LW phantoms and some orange kids to be the base for my creamsicles with Ingot and to start building my phantom lines with Sorrel.
Yoshi wouldn't sit still but I think I managed to grab some decent shots haha. Gosh I love those little legs.

I hope everyone has a wonderful switch to the new year! I'm excited to start this new chapter in my life. I have 2 pairs planned for 2024 so long as their weight target is met and I cannot wait to share them with you. I'm also excited for the coming reptile expos I plan to attend in 2024. Not as a vendor yet but I hope to cross a few more morphs off my list at them.
