Hi TX EQUINE Family!!
I would like to introduce our newest practitioner!! Our beautiful Bella Redman is a mother, barrel racer and has a passion for all things equine! She started her equine health journey in 2016 with equine massage therapy and body work, and has continued learning since then!

She has her books open for PEMF and CRYOGENIC THERAPY!!

Pretty girls!
Dolly and Ember getting some much deserved RNR.
We did a full body treatment on both of them our full body treatments are custom to each horse.

Dolly has some major compensation soreness for a broken splint bone. We have been working on keeping her sound. She’s doing awesome and had her first ride back! Cryogenic is her favorite!

Ember has some mental trauma and our treatments are to 1 help her body and the tension she creates, 2 to help the pretty girl relax.
She has shown so much improvement since starting her treatments. PEMF is her absolute favorite!

Legs is being a bit cinchy, we determined that she was a bit sore we got her all loosened up with a pemf/massage session.

New service alert!
Horse care at the race! What does this include?
Full stall care will feed/water clean stalls, blanket and unblanket, brush, and braid.
Your pony will be ready to run, you may also pair this service with therapeutic services which will put your horse or horses first on the list for the day!
We will clean your stall twice a day and check waters 3 times a day, along with filling them up.
This offer is $50 for 1 horse or $40 each for more than 1.
We do offer single stall cleans for $15 per cleaning this also applies to trailer clean outs!

Miss dolly has started hand walking and cryogenic therapy daily for the next 30 days.
Photo 1 is day 1 of cryo, the second photo is day 2 after session 2.
Dolly had a fractured splint bone due to a kick, after removing the bone we are left with some inflammation and scar tissue.

A quick rundown cryogenic therapy
What is it and what does it actually do?
Thermal shock (cryo) causes vasoconstriction which sends blood away from an area back to the heart, once the area warms back up it causes vasodilation the vein will expand to 4x the original size pulling blood back to the area. This blood is freshly oxygenated bring hormones, neurotransmitters, and nutrients to the area. In this process the body flushes toxins and lactic acid from the area.
Now all of this helps the horse to heal quicker, and feel better.
This is a very simple breakdown of cryogenic therapy, and how it actually works.

We have several cryotherapy treatment options.
From full body to spot treatments. A full body treatment is going to keep your horse feeling amazing and ready to compete. However you do not have to have a full body treatment to receive benefits from cryotherapy.
Our smaller options are
1. A custom full body treatment, this therapy option is all inclusive and based on what your horse needs. Pemf, cryotherapy, Equivibe, equiresp, and massage. This is a wonderful option for keeping your horse feeling there absolutely best. It’s also a great option for at full weekend events, flushing the lactic Acid prevents soreness keeping them ready to run all weekend. $160
2. Our pre/post run treatment. This treatment helps them be ready to run, and is an amazing cool off/ relaxing treatment. Including the equivibe, pemf, cryotherapy. (Can add on a equiresp treatment for only $10) we focus a lot on the legs after your run, while also give them an advantage in the arena. $50
3. Spot treatments. Treating a specific spot on your horse price can vary depending on the size of the area. This treatment comes in 2s, so if we do one knee we will do both. $20 and up
4. Let’s create the perfect treatment plan for you and your partner! Price will depend on what exactly you are wanting.

Full body custom treatments will be $100 at this event, originally 120-165 for the full treatment. This option includes any therapy we offer that may benefit your horse!

Spot treatments $20 event only special is if your horse has one specific problem area you want worked on.
Example shoulder, knees, hocks, etc.. or even
Leg cryo thrapy after run treatment, cut your ice time down to 30-60 seconds and reach cryostimulation with no negative side effects

Pre/post run special. This option is for your horses pre run and post run health. Help your horse run their best, and help them recover! This treatment is $55.

Single therapy’s- Equivibe, cryotherapy, pemf, and breathing treatments! Therapy’s range from $10-$85 with our discounted prices!

HELLO DECEMBER!!

This month is my favorite! I love all the love, the new year prep, cookies (pep also loves the cookies). We are working so hard on getting our trailer finished, equipment ready, and medias ready for our big launch! Our first event is Barrel Bingo Productions year end finale which is going to an absolute blast (im taking 2 horse, how many are you taking?).

One of the many therapy’s we offer is equine cryotherapy! Have you ever iced an injury? Have you ever seen an athlete take an ice bath? What about icing your horses legs after a run?
All of these are a form of cryotherapy (cold therapy) the difference in our cryotherapy machine and traditional ice is time and the lack of negative side effect. When you ice a horse you are limited to 15-20 minutes of use, if you go over this time you face many side effects including but not limited to the death of tissue. Cryotherapy is able to achieve a colder temperature in 30-90 seconds which reaches Cryostimulation (where your horse is able to receive all the amazing benefits of cold therapy).

We offer full body treatments or spot treatments. This treatment is offered in our custom package as well.

We personally use this treatment for injury’s/rehabbing, cooling down a horses legs after work, and preventative care!
