Smile.Amazon: Set BAWF as your designated charity and every time you shop on Amazon, %.5 of your total purchase price will be donated.

Donate Gift Cards: Received a gift card you won’t use? You can donate it and receive a tax deduction. We use them for supplies and fundraisers.

PayPal donations: these can be used for veterinary and other medical expenses only unless otherwise designated. All donations whether $5 or $50 are appreciated!

Adopt-A-Shelter Rewards Program:

The Unconditional love of Huskies…

Yes they can be stubborn, energetic and sassy, but they also love unconditionally everyone they meet.

They are exceptional with families, other dogs and are extremely friendly by nature.

Hi! I’m one of the volunteers with BAWF and I own 5 huskies. I know from experience they need regular exercise and daily brushing but they also crave attention, often wanting to crawl on your lap well beyond puppyhood. They are suckers for love and attention. They just long to be with their pack. Dante was left out tied up in his yard… we will be working on basic manners with him and socializing him this week.

Huskies are lovers of exploring and being connected in nature which suits potential adopters in this area who love walking mountain trails all season.

Adoptions are at an all time low in our area shelters but the volume of animals being surrendered continues to rise. Your help is urgently needed. Please share and re-share this post.
