Important Update on Booking and Cancellation Policies

Dear Clients,

I wanted to take a moment to remind you of our updated booking and cancellation policies, which will be enforced more strictly going forward. After careful consideration, I’ve realized that the flexibility I’ve offered in the past has started to affect my business financially, and as such, I need to implement these changes to ensure sustainability.

Home Boarding Bookings:
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least one month prior to your stay.
• Full cancellation details are outlined in your signed contract.

Walks Cancellation Policy:
• Please note that I require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a walk.
• Unfortunately, there have been multiple instances where I’ve arrived for walks only to find no dog present without prior notice.
• Effective immediately: If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice for a walk cancellation, you will be charged in full for the walk. Payment must be received before any future walks can be scheduled.

Invoice Policy:
• Walks will continue to be invoiced at the end of each month.
• If invoices are not paid in full by the end of the month, no future walks will take place until the balance is settled.

I did not want to implement these changes, but I have unfortunately been left with no choice. I appreciate your understanding and continued support in helping maintain a high standard of service for all clients.
