Nearly-nude guinea pigs of the Pacific Northwest! We are a new breeder of skinny pigs. Skinnies are a rare breed of [almost] hairless guinea pigs. We have flown in many of our sows and boars from all over the country, while some are born and raised right here in our own beautiful state of Oregon.

In addition to skinnies, we also have (haired) skinny gene carriers available. American babies no longer available. We would like to provide you with the most friendly, well-socialized and healthy babies possible. We raise our babies in a loving family atmosphere.. a home full of many children and endless love. Our pigs are handled daily from birth. At our mini caviary, our goal is to have babies available in a vast array of colors and color patterns. We are located in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, just off Interstate 5, conveniently between Salem and Eugene.. in scenic Brownsville, Oregon. http://www.castlerockskinnypigs.weebly.com/our-location.html

My son's 22nd birthday was yesterday, but we now have to celebrate at the cemetery. While getting balloons blown up at Safeway, an older lady came into the floral department to admire all the stuffed animals left over from Valentines day. My youngest daughter and I were standing at the counter waiting. The gal working to inflate our balloons was talking to her about how adorable the lambs were. In the distance, I spotted a lone stuffed animal on an empty shelf. I couldn't see it's face well, but I jumped in and said, "That's not a guinea pig over there, is it?!" The gal said "Yes! It actually is," as she stopped inflating balloons to grab it and bring it over. She handed it to me and I said I had to have it!

I knew Brayden had sent this guinea pig named Daisy for me. It's quite a coincidence, really. I don't post on this page anymore. It's been nearly 3 years since I've stopped raising babies. But, a few days ago, I randomly had a stuffed guinea pig pattern come up on my newsfeed. I shared it on here. First post in over a year. I also shared on my personal page about how much I miss my pigs. Then, this sweet little guinea pig finds me!

You have to hold on to these little moments, little coincidences, little "signs" from our missing loved ones. You just have to. Thank you, Brayden.❤️ I know it was from you to make me feel better. "Daisy" is sitting next to my pillow, where I kept your t-shirt for many, many months. The t-shirt I would wipe my tears with. I just had to share with my Castle Rock Skinny Pigs family.

"Merry Christmas, Jody, family and the whole herd of skinnies! Wishing you love, joy and peace this holiday season and always. Here's hoping for a fun-filled new year as well. Baci is still with us and we are loving her as much as we can every day. She is almost 6 years old as you already know. She has been such a blessing to us! How grateful she is with us! How grateful we are to you for sending her to us! Wishing blessings yo you all! Elizabeth & Richard, Baci & Arbi"

The adorable little skinny "elf" in this photo is Baci (formerly CRSP's Gabriella, born on New Year's Day 2017). She is the very first pig we ever shipped, way back in 2017. She flew via United Airlines from Eugene, OR to Boston and then traveled on to her forever home in Gloucester, MA.. with the most amazing couple and furry companion.

Her "parents" send a photo to us every Christmas for the past 5 years. They haven't missed a year! We are always so excited to receive it, and read an update on her. It amazes me this little lady is turning 6 on New Year's Day (the day after I celebrate my birthday!) So happy to see you doing so well, Baci. You sure have been blessed, and blessed your family beyond measure. 🤗❤❤❤

It's moments like these that I miss our skinnies the most. 🥹
