We welcomed this little guy to farm late Tuesday night.

Well we were able to take a few days away from the farm but of course we had one cow that we've been keeping an eye on holding out on us. As much as we didn't like leaving without a calf on the ground we knew the farm was in good hands. Rustler's Bestla had this bouncing bull the day after we left. At 17 years young, she had it all under control. Meet Nokoa, he never stops moving!

Had a great weekend. I was able to attend a great Northwest Highland Cattle Association Spring meeting while Adam was putting up hay and welcoming this lovely heifer into the world. Rustlers Eve x CSF Gil Morrow.

A bit of a different look here at COPA Farms. Maple the angus has been living here while her family builds their barn. Yesterday she had a half Highland heifer. This is her first calf and she's a great momma.

Opened up the lower field today. This field floods every winter so we move the fence twice a year. Not sure what the cows liked better - the tall grass or the driftwood to scratch on.

Mystic is a lovely yearling heifer that is well started on the halter and easy to work with. She is sired by CSF Gil Morrow (pictured below) and out of Silva's MS Edith (pictured).

We are located on the central Oregon coast and would welcome anyone that would like to visit and meet Mystic prior to bidding. Videos in comments.

Holy legs Batman! Clover of 5 Star gave us a good sized bull calf. Clover never ceases to amaze us. She's a pretty petite cow but always weans the biggest calves in the bunch. Bull calf #4 for Clover. Some heifer sorted semen might be in her future 🤔.

A lovely heifer calf from NLK Ginger today. Ginger's given us three wonderfull bull calves so we are over the moon for this little lady. 99% sure this qualifies Ginger for Impact Dam status.
