**Cherry Cheesecake Pie**

*Cherry Cheesecake Pie is the perfect way to celebrate summer! With an Oreo crust, a no-bake cheesecake center, and a cherry pie filling on top, this is the best dessert for a potluck.*

**Ingredients:**
*For the crust:*
- 2 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 26 Oreo cookies)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

*For the cheesecake filling:*
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces Cool Whip (whipped topping)

*For topping:*
- 1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling

**Directions:**
**To make the crust:**
1. Finely crush the cookies in a food processor. Add the melted butter and blend until the crumbs are moistened.
2. Press the crumb mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a prepared 9-inch springform pan. Lightly grease the edges of the pan with cooking spray and use a teaspoon to level the top of the sides.
3. Place the pan in the freezer while you make the filling.

**To make the cheesecake filling:**
1. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add the vanilla extract and whipped topping, and continue mixing at low speed until well combined.
3. Spread the filling on top of the chilled crust and spread it out evenly.

**Topping:**
1. Top the cheesecake with the cherry pie filling.

**Chilling:**
1. Chill the cheesecake until set, for at least one hour.

**Serving:**
1. Once set, serve and enjoy the delicious Cherry Cheesecake Pie!

*Note: Cherry Cheesecake Pie is a delightful and crowd-pleasing dessert. You can substitute the cherry pie filling with other pie fillings of your choice like strawberry, mixed berry, or blackberry. Additionally, if you prefer a classic graham cracker crust instead of Oreo, you can use that as well.*

Jak dotąd nikogo nie zainteresowała 🥺
A szkoda bo to świetna, rodzinna, przyjazna i zsocjalizowana sunia.
Bazylia ma dwa, może trzy lata, waży 16kg. Kocha człowieka, dogaduje się z psami. Nie wykazuje agresji do kotów. Ładnie chodzi na smyczy.
Jest zdrowa, odrobaczona, odpchlona, zaszczepiona, zaczipowana i wykastrowana.
Niczego jej nie brakuje... oprócz własnego domu.

Fago wciąż zbiera pieniądze na przygotowanie do adopcji 😞
Przyjechał do nas z gminnej przechowalni razem z Figo, kumplem w niedoli. Figo jest już gotowy do adopcji a dla Fago nie starczyło funduszy 😕
Przedłużyłyśmy termin zbiórki i bardzo bardzo liczymy na wasze wsparcie. Im szybciej przygotujemy go adopcji tym szybciej ma szansę znaleźć dom.

Edit: dla Figo i Fago mamy już potrzebne środki. Jeśli jednak nadal chcesz pomóc psom w potrzebie poniżej wklejamy zbiórkę a szpitalik dla bezdomniaków
